Idk if ya have a coach, but ya should get one to fix the squat form. Something you already know as a powerlifter, you're destined for injury at this point. Why not just use a wider stance? Build up those glutes/hams more, feet out. Get on a box and find a more comfortable motion. No offense, just wanna see ya go far.

I just entered the 1000 pound club. I deadlifted 405 Bench 285 Squat 335 Total of 1025. But I weigh 210lb and I am 31 years old. For what you do at 18 weighing 138lb is insane
I get that but i feel when ur going for a PR the form kinda has to be botched a tiny bit to get it. But yeah if she fixes it up she can get that easily.
