All I did was clean up my diet by taking out coffee with milk and stopped eating portien puddings and reduced calories by 200 last August i was 160 _80 kg iam now under 130kg just by listening to you on your UA-cam vids and doing hit .everyone i told no way that works. Now training twice a week with abs coming out. And still all my mates tell me doesn't work thanks jay
remember when everyone was freaking out about DK Metcalf eating gummy worms everyday with 1 meal he's a genetic freak. if you see pics of him in high school he looks like a jacked adult you can't replicate what they do with workouts or diet. they can basically do anything within reason and look amazing
Yep. I remember Steve Maxwell giving an analogy before with women who are models vs normal women. Are normal women will not look like some 5'9" Victoria Secret runway model no matter what she does. You are built a certain way. It's like a fat guy bringing in his suit to the tailor from Sears men's department and wants to look like Brad Pitt wearing a $5,000 Tom Ford suit.

Watched Full day of eating vids mostly for entairtenment value, and sometimes for some nice ideas also. But ye mostly its usually the same basic but good balanced meals as it should be - some meat/fish with rice/potatoes/bread + veggies/fruits for lunch/dinner and breakfast usually oats with eggs/yoghurt etc whatever someone likes aka some good carbs, proteins & fats.
@@-whackd When You only need to work 1-2 hours per day You got time to do a lot of stuff. As for videos - Hodgetwins old eating videos while eating myself, good comedy. But I understand Your sarcasm too, so its fine.
I think those full day of eating videos have really harmed people. They show themselves pigging out on insane amounts of food every 2 hours. People get inspired by that and copy them for years. Then they wake up one day and realize they are morbidly obese and not really that strong for their size.
I tried eating every 2h30. It's insane how you lose your relation with food. And you need expensive supplements because solid food won't make it. Now i eat 4 meals a day: breakfast lunch snack / post-training dinner Whole eggs, banana, peanut butter, rice, pasta, meat, chicken, fish, acai berry (brazil), whey protein... and black coffee.. that's all.

Yeah. Sergio was known as Fastfood Eater. He eats Ravioli Out of the Dose.

Vertical Diet how i eat, logical, no bullshit fluff and pump its the H.I.t equiv of diets.

maybe 43g on lunch
14g peanut butter 4 tablespoons
Total = 134g
You really don’t need that much protein
I seriously doubt that anyone eats the exact same thing day after day.

Everybody wants to be a bodybuilder, but nobody wants to eat 3 pound of chicken a day.
I dont want to look like a typical bodybuilder and I don't like chicken. Too lean. Fatty red meat for me.
