I was a non vegetarian athlete, gave up eating that 4-5 years ago but recently due to workload had to incorporate eggs in my plan. I rely on natural food mostly cooked in earthen pots.. I feel ancient Indian cooking style is better for health. Have a little doubt. I after practice take chhena.. so what is better taking curd or chhena or should I mix them.. one day this one day that
Hey Aditya thank you for sharing your experience. Regarding your doubt, chena will give you more amount of protein compared to curd (unless its unflavoured greek yogurt). So having just curd will not help in post-workout recovery & repair. So according to me chena or tofu are better options post workout & curd can be a part of your regular meals.
Very useful and much needed information. Thanks Rashmi.
Thank you Sneha 😍
Thankyou so much, this helps👍
Glad Apoorva this video was helpful
