  • Thoughts can be sticky and hard to let go of, we can become lost in thought, hijacked by them and even fear them. Fortunately, by practicing this mindfulness meditation we can become aware of our thought patterns and learn how to observe them without being controlled by them.

Hey Teresa 👋🏼 I'm going through an anxious phase currently, for a specific reason. What resonated with me here was the "if the thought comes up, let it go" approach. I think this might help, especially during the night, as it can be hard to relax and sleep if something's on your mind. Thanks as always for the video, and a Happy New Year to you 🙂

The comparison though/sound was an "aha" moment for me

I loved this meditation session, especially where you focussed on that it's important to sometimes give a thought to important thoughts and let go of the normal and random ones. ❤❤

It’s totally okay to fall asleep during meditation. The key is to hold no judgement about your experiences. Best wishes, Teresa.
