I have one of these in my outdoor shower. Installed it in 2013 and I LOVE it... outdoor bubble baths are my favorite pastime :) I'm local to you and have been following your progress since you started. Love your channel and IG... nice to see the interior and get to know the personalities behind the conversion. This has always been a dream of mine ♥️♥️♥️
Well i dearly love my 100 gal. Rubbermaid Stock Tank 👍👍For room and for 2 people the 150 gal should work well > I can get 2 people into my 100 gal setting end to end facing each other> Legs around each other 🤪🤪
Hello there, I understand your video has some age on it but I want to say thank you for posting what you did because that has helped me figure out my shower situation in my camp trailer. 2 foot square is too small for a shower. With the information you have provided I have found myself a stock tank @ $119.00 that will work perfectly so I can use it as a shower or for a bathtub. Also I have a few videos of my own if you would like to check those out.
Just found your channel and already love it. I want more longer videos rather than the shorts. Can’t wait to see whats next maybe something big like a tv?
I made a big round cattle tank for outside summer use and used "Through the Roof" to coat the inside for anti-rust and it worked great and has been in there for many tears now without yellowing or peeling! @@tymeandandy
Does the water maintain heat long enough to enjoy a long bath? That, along with a *slight* tilt to the whole tub towards the drain, have been my big thoughts on doing this project ourselves.
The thing about the Rubbermaid over the steel tanks is? There wider and more comfortable. They got rail like. Where you can put your arms > THERE SWEET FOKS! When i got mine i made sure the plug was tight, and the rubber seal was there. Then i washed it inside and out. Let it dray then painted the inside Seaside Blue > 💦💦! SPLASH. let it dry! Then i gave it 3 heavy coat of AMOUR ALL. All over the sides and the bottom 👀 Boy it soaked it up 👀 I place by the back door where i can easy slip in and out of it. and every 5 days or so. Drain it on my lawn. There light and very strong made. I LOVE IT ❤ I made a top for it out of a 55 gal trash can bag. RAN DUCK TAPE around the top rail over the bag top and, under the rail lip. Slips off and on PERFECT 👍👍 This keep leaves, insects, and animals out of my tank 😁😁Yes squirrels, Raccoons, and lizards love to swim
I installed one of these in my outdoor shower almost 10 years ago. We used a hole saw and installed a kitchen drain and it works great! The basket keeps outdoor debris to a minimum while still allowing you to plug up for a nice bubble bath 🤍
Definitely the most endearing couple on UA-cam
Awww thanks so much for watching ❤ we post new videos every week 😊
How's The FlexSeal & Copper Paint Holding Up ???
Thanks For The Awesome Videos.
As a stock tank pool owner, I would highly recommend using epoxy as the water/sopa checmicals will damage the finish over time.

A bubble bath outside sounds like so much fun! 😅
After 10 months how is the paint holding up ?
Holding up great actually! We’ve scuffed the copper a little, but the inside white is perfect!
Great to see younger folks showing us some great practical skills. Gives me hope for the future.
Well thanks for watching.. hope you stick around for another episode? 🤗
I keep coming back to this video for tips. Thanks, mine is outside drying rn!
Glad we could help! And come back every week for our new Vlogs 😊😂❤
wicked good kiddos! love it!
take it out side! Propane point source!
12v pump
Does the flex seal just give it a smooth finish like a pool?
I like the tub idea. How has the tub held up over the last year?
It’s been great! No issues, we don’t use it that much tho tbh
Have you guys had any issues with the paint inside of the tub? Does it peel or anything?

Yup exactly 😂😂 we have to get comfy when we both get in it 🤪
@@tymeandandy Another thing i love about them is? The sides and ends are sloped make even more room. and got like arm rest on it I love them 😁😁👍👍
Hi! What size trough did you guys use? Working on a build rn!
I believe it’s 100 gallons!
did you put a drain in it? If so how did you get it to seal so it wouldn't leak?
It's beautiful!

Hey thanks so much! Absolutely, we plan to put out a new UA-cam vid every week on Wednesday’s!
Thanks for watching
Great idea!
Thanks so much!!
How did you guys mount it for the final shot please help!
Mount it? We have wood slats that it sat on. Is that what you mean? 😊
Great - oops missed the plumbing part. But the decor is mellifluous.
Haha this is just to hold the water, doesn’t need to be plumbed in! Thanks tho! 🥰
how did you create a drain
Hi, great video! For the copper paint was it matte or glossy? Still holding up well?
Umm i don’t think there’s options, it more of a matte tho. It’s held up great!

Yes because it's metal. It will retain heat
@@Khan11u Metal is conductive. So it probably won't hold heat as well without insulation.
Love the car. What year? 64 or 65?
66 😎
Nice work you two!
Hey thank youuu!!
I did the same project using Flex Seal and the smell is awful. Any suggestions to get rid of the fumes?
They went away over time, it smells completely fine now

Good quality, what are you using to record?
Thank you!! We have a media production company so have a variety of camera we use. Follow along for more 😎
What do you wanna see next?
I'd love to see a day in my life vlog😊
How about a platform bed? With storage underneath.
Please and thanks!
@@nadine8910we do this almost every week!!! ❤
Where I can buy the tank. Can you share the link. Thank's
Tractor supply, or a similar feed/farm store
Too funny! I have the same tub faucet on the clawfoot tub in my indoor bathroom! Great minds... ;)
Let us know if you give this a try?
How did y’all do the drain?

Very cool, love from Brazil 🙂
Thanks so much for the support, we have lots of fun videos every week
Wow, and you bought that tank for 90? These things go for 500/600 euro or more here.
Nice video though, endresult looks awesome :D
Wooww! Yeah we got this one pretty cheap ig! Thank you!!
I seriously doubt the copper paint is weather / water proof.... 😮
It’s holding up great!
What about chemicals seeping into your skin?
I'm thinking the exact same thing
Oh My!!!😂😂😂
Do you always live with this much anxiety?
Where do the chemicals come from?
How is that again? Your skin is almost impermeable.
Great a couple that has no real plan and plenty of ideas and doesn’t respond to question…. Thank you for a fantastic waste of ti e
Hey just seeing this! Sorry, what was your question?
Cutest girl 🤗
She definitely is! 🤪
