Going back to the mini coupler video you had with the rough idle we are having a similar issue but the idle will slow down then rev up because the idle goes low. It also has pressure coming from the engine oil cap can you help with some ideas of what it could be?
Hard to know without pulling faults and seeing it in person. Pressure in the crankcase can be caused by excessive blow by due to worn piston rings and also faulty crankcase ventilation system which is built into the valve cover.
