Great video again, Coach. I actually use this with my 10U team, although I don't have them switch between man and zone spots. I just put my best defender on the best player, and then run the diamond behind it
Seeing how Coach played on a male team it makes sense he tends to say “he” more since that is what he mainly experienced. Plus it’s easier to say than they so who cares.
