Great list of presses and we use all of them except the BAL #5. Probably try it this week before our tournament this weekend. Players need to understand that you don't need to get a steal for it to be successful. All you need is a turnover of any kind. Hardest part is teaching the discipline to play your position in the press. And OMG stop reaching and move your feet.
