Tack så mycket! Jättekul att få posetiv feedback 😃 Kul att du har hittat hit 👍
104 is the strongest stock B230F I've heard of. I guess that makes you the winner! You're right though, no matter what you do with a Redblock, they never sound good. The T5 swap should fix that!
Thanks! I was very suprised myself of those numbers. And yeah like you said, I have still not heard any good sounding redblock 16v or 8v out there. V8, 5Cyl and some straight 6 or v12 👍
Really nice 🥰🥰🥰😍
Grattis till 1000 följare!
Tackar! 👍
I had an ex-taxi 740GL in the early 90's it was great fun and quick for a car I bought for around £2200. Also very comfy and an easy car to do long trips in. Had to be very careful on slick roads though, the back-end would let go without warning after a summer rain shower and I had to reverse up a few hills in the winter snow. I still have a '96 850R sitting in my driveway that I haven't driven for nearly 10yrs, would love to get it fixed up and road legal again.
Thanks for sharing that story 🙂 850R is quite the collectible these days 👍 //Backman
Grym video! Det ger hopp om ens egna volvo som ändå känns hyfsat pigg för att vara originalare😜
Grattis till 1k, du kommer få många tusen till ska du se!
Tack 😃👍
A very interesting video. I don't have access to a dyno. So, what I do with my '90 740GL that I have now owned for over 20 years is head to a long, steep hill on a highway nearby and peg the speedometer at 100kmh and see if I can maintain that speed without the AW70 transmission downshifting from overdrive. After 20 years my 740GL will still go up that hill the same at 439,000km as it did with 195,000km. It will even gain 5-10kmh, just as it did more than 20 years ago. A sign of a healthy B230F!
Yep, They ain't fast, but they sure are dependable and reliable. 😀👍
I wish my 34 year old volvo made that much power. Same b230f, but doesn't run that well.
Very robust that it can deliver consistent power over such a long time.
Visst är den väl 30år 😉
HAHAHA!! 😂 Wow, det har du ju helt rätt i... Det va lite pinsamt, men jag bjuder på den. Tiden går för fort! 😂
How many miles / km are on the engine?
262071 km according to instrument at ua-cam.com/video/0ua8rVP4DDE/v-deo.html
I think it works out to like 160000 Mi 👍//Backman
@@BackmansGarage Wow if the dyno is accurate that's pretty good 👍
-30- year old Volvo 😀
