You don’t really need a V-8 if you’re driving these as commuter vehicles or city driving. With gas at $6.00 per gallon, It’s gonna cost you about $100 to fill the tank. The 3.6 L Pentastar V6 Is a Reliable and proven design, based on the German Daimler Engineering, with hundreds of millions of miles of durability. You don’t need more than 296 hp. I purchased A loaded Limited with a panoramic dual sunroof, the 10.1 inch Uconnect upgrade, upgraded alpine stereo, upgraded 20 inch alloy wheels, trailer tow package, and priced out at $53,400. That’s a hell of a lot less than a Overland. Granted the Overland has the air suspension, but how often are you going to be climbing over rocks with that extra 4 inch lift? Most of the buyers of these vehicles will be driving them to the local Walmart. Be sensible and buy what you need, not what you dream about.
Granted you only spend 5 minutes or less driving around the block in the vehicles you review, but how is the A/C system? How about in the future you also add reviewing the HVAC vents, how well they cool and/or heat. This is a important feature for any car buyer. As I 'm sure you know, a good heater living in Utah is very important! Thanks for giving the 3.6 some credibility.
Can’t speak for the heater but the AC can get loud once you crank to 6-9. It takes a little to cool the middle row and rear. The middle row has the two vents in the center and two more on the door sill while the 3rd row only has a single vent for each person in the back. The driver and passenger AC is the best area to be in and cools way better than the back. Even with the tinted windows it takes a little to cool but I can’t really complain since the weather here in CA has been in the high 90s+
@@jcallwood25 yes , brand spanking new . It was in the shop the second day she owned it . After multiple shop visits they bought it back and she went and bought a new 4 runner
@@WalkerTexasplumber Wow. I love the Grand Cherokee and when I was in the market to purchase a new car last year it was between that and the 2021 highlander. I ended up going with the latter because it has better reliability and will ultimately give me less head aches in the end. Damn it's a shame though that Jeep has not figured out yet how to make their vehicles better. I love to see them.

DONT BUY THIS CAR, MY MOM BOUGHT IT AND ITS HORRIBLE(build quality horrible, lack of simple features such as automatic windscreen whippers, not very comfortable and not echonomical) do a favor to yourself and buy a fully loaded palisade instead!
Damn dude. Slow down. You talk way to fast....scheesh! Also, why didn't you give any cargo room specs or say if the rear seats fold FLAT or are up at a slight angle. Inquiring minds want too know.

This. Honestly 99% of people won’t take this car off road so a 2WD is fine with the V6.
Reliable? The infamous tick. And poorly designed rocker arms they have no fix for.
But the chair look so short
It's nice to see some reviews of the Limited instead of the $65k+ loaded up Cherokees.
100% agreed, I wish there were many more reviews of the altitude and limited.
Watching this at the Gym 💪
best car for 30 years. well done jeep🙂

thank you so much for comparing the 0-60 time difference between the v8 and pentastar. Just a half second difference.
Great video. Thanks.
6:25 Maybe CarPlay wasn't showing up in that favorites menu
My only disappointment is that it should've a sunroof/panoramic
I thought the limited came with message seats?
Can you add a cd changer?
I love this vehicle EXCEPT I just don't know if I can live with all that piano black plastic dust/fingerprint magnet on the dash/screen/console. Geez.
Just got my limited in white love it traded in my wk .. got the bigger rims to those are ugly
Eek it looks just as close if not closer to the ground as my outback

Do you get a massage seat on the limited trim?
No you wouldn't get that until the Overland or the Summit trim at a minium
At least better than Laredo
Sister n law had the dealer buy hers back . It kept having transmission valve body issues and they couldn’t get it resolved
Really!? Brand new?? This car is too expensive to be having issues right off the bat!

2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee WL Limited 4X4!
What if Apple car play has to be subscribed to show up, or sump’n?
I don’t think you have to subscribe
It is there, just has to be enabled in the settings.
Talking way to fast

The fully-loaded Santa Fe Calligraphy trim is also a great alternative if you don't need the 3rd row & still want a midsize SUV
@@NileshR12 the palisade is one of the best new suvs you can buy with less then 50k, it looks good and it’s very well equipped
