    Love this one!!! Jump Rope and Kettlebell HIIT Workout. I felt like the kettlebell around the neck and head works the core. That's a new one. 💪

      Yeah with that exercise, the whole upper body is engaged. I need to start doing more kettlebell exercises. Such an underrated piece of equipment 😂🔥💪🏿
