      @@Shelleshae Really appreciate it! But you can work up to them. For example just get down on the ground into push up position and stand back up and jump. It doesn't have to be connected at all. I'll be sure to share some modified versions for day 3 :) 💪

      NICE💪🏿 try doing just one of my style of burpee with your 20 and then do the rest in a style that's comfortable for you. And the next day try 2. Small steps but you got this!!
