Oh my god, what got me most about the ear detail is that it was actually dependent on the camera angle, so even when you were camera hacking the game, the game was still rendering this interaction between her ear and the ambient lighting in real time, all because the cutscenes are not pre-rendered, despite looking so amazing. So incredible how they model to such incredble detail, deciding in different ways how light interacts with any given surface it shines on.

As a person who does not like this game , I must say I really appreciate the loads of details that make the game feel real and to make the best graphics in video game history so far that is so beautiful to look at. Naughty dog should be applauded in that regard, well done. For the people that dislike the game and have said that you wasted your money, think of it this way, there many people in naughty dog that worked overtime and in crunch hours just to make a beautiful art piece that is easily taken for granted plus many of these people have families that they couldn't see an awhile. So imagine the amount of pressure and stress that they had to endure while being on someone else's time. It must suck. I really don't like this game but we must give some respect to those who are not in the spotlight and who are easily looked over. Good job artists you guys out did yourselves.
I too didn't like the game when I first heard how the story was gonna go. Then, I played it, and I actually came around to it a little bit. I honestly don't care at all for Abby and her part of the story. If they had just kept it with Ellie, that would have been perfectly fine. As for the story, I wasn't happy with how Joel went out. But I understand what they were trying to go for in the game. Never seek revenge. You'll only end up losing more in the process. And that's exactly what happened to Ellie. She wanted Abby dead so much so, that she not only lost Joel, but Jessie, Dina, and their son. And possibly a relationship with Tommy. Seeing as he wanted Abby dead as well. And Ellie never ended up killing her. So that would more than likely piss Tommy off. But nonetheless, the game was absolutely gorgeous. They truly did an amazing job with the graphics.
@@VannywiththeFanny Joel was too Naive, the story could’ve been Ellie growing up in Jackson and the flashbacks in the game could’ve been the whole game, the way they killed off Joel and did the false advertising in the trailers made the game not look as good. Okay, so I wasn't crazy when Ellie was freaking out about killing Mel, she heard Joel instead of Tommy. I remember hearing that when I first played it and I just thought my ears were deceiving me.
Detail: When you play as Ellie in the hospital while torturing Nora you can hear the rat king roar in the distance fighting with Abby Also when nora and ellie fall into the room with clickers one of the guards say why is there electricity in the room is because abby turn on the generator

I didn't hear it until I played on ps 5 with my headphones and then I could hear it. Just like I never knew Dina was humming the song at the farm when Ellie was coming down the stairs
It was only on my second playthrough that I actually noticed Abby took the painting from her dad’s office. Those little details throughout the game just make it so believable.
2:55 I think the Joel saying "Ellie, Ellie" in the Mel and Owen scene is debatable. It's muffled enough that it probably just sounds like Joel but it's really Tommy.
@@geopioneergsxr5357 actually, it’s also similar to her killing David and being so distracted by it she didn’t hear Joel right away or realize he was the one holding her. That could definitely be intentional too🥺
OH MY GOSH "DAWN OF THE WLF"?!!?!? That's GENIUS!!!!!!!!!!! No one could've noticed that but they did so anyway!!!! And the heights on the wall?! I can't believe I didn't notice that one! Also I love that you credited everyone who contributed; goes to show it takes a lot of people to notice soooo many details in this awesome game! But the one about Sarah and Joel both having leg wounds is so sad...
Has speclizer noticed the old timer dog at Jackson in 2 is the same old timer dog in 1 at the dam when Joel and Ellie first get there. On the way for Joel and Tommy to talk.
2:45 I do not think so. This may have happened because the sound of Tommy's voice was made lower, and therefore it turned out to be similar to the sound of Joel's voice.
Another detail: In Ellie's room if you see the pictures on the wall top of her bed I think, you won't find any pictures of Joel, that means she has already found out about everything
These are amazing things picked up. I thought I was good noticing the continued bruising on Abby's neck from the hanging and Ellie's wrists after the handcuffs. But many of these details are much more deep.
It did start and end with a guitar scene, but you didn't show the last guitar scene. The Last was obviously the guitar being leaned up against the window before she left.
it would’ve been a cool detail if with the heights on the wall, there would’ve been one date that said 2038/2039 whatever year it is in the present, hinting that one of the family members survived and returned to their house

The Dinosaur and Joel's voice on Tommy's I knew from my first playthrough. I can't believe because of the Missleading Trailer they made I thought Joel was still alive and they didn't buried his Body. That would be so dumb. And so I teared up when I saw Jesse instead. Because it was fully confirmed he was dead.

So if you don't understand my location watch a UA-camr name bexxyrae. So can you show us in out of bound who is that creature I am really excited to see him if you read my comment.
Heya, Spec! I have a couple things I'd love to see on the channel. First, do you think you can make a video dedicated to messing up cutscenes, via placing bombs down before starting the cutscene? I know it doesn't work with all cutscenes/unmoveable scenes, so I'd love to see a video where you showcase all the cutscenes you can break by blowing up the enemy in a cutscene, and I'd also really like to see what it looks like in the debug cam. There's plenty you can do, but it's rarely perfect to where you can see the person flying, or see their corpse in the cutscene, so that'd be phenomenal! (I'm really curious about Joel's death scene in particular) and 2. Can you pleaseeee show us All death scenes where the characters limbs/head are blown off? You practically have no time to see it in game, and can't pause it when limbs are removed from the player, I'd love seeing that in detail! Thank you for all you do. Your content is unmatched!
Thanks Rick! I actually really like that first idea, I'll see what I can do! and about the second thing, I'm surprised no one has requested that in the OOBR series. Will definitely include it! 👍
Hey, dude! Do you mind trying something pretty simple for me? ua-cam.com/video/pPCjU5SRMxE/v-deo.html check out this video, Caitlin pretty much had laid a shitload of bombs down for 20K subs, and this is what happened to her game! I don't believe it's been replicated yet. You think you could mess around with it, and see if you could get the same incredibly interesting broken effect? I'm asking you because you have mods, so you don't have to repeatedly make 3 bombs each time you place them down, which makes it much faster for you. This looks like it could potentially have really amazing effects, if only it can be replicated?!
@@JoyfulJoJo01 I did do a video on placing trap mines a while ago, got to like 850 but didn't experience anything like that. Looks like it caused some scripts to unload. I don't have the patience (even with mods) to go through that again lol, it still takes a while and sometimes randomly crashes :(

+
That's what I meant
I don't think it was good to leave it there to collect dust, it was a gift from Joel, at least take care of it
@@Overthinking-rain she needed to let go of him though and even though it was a gift from Joel it was painful to think about him (Ellie wrote in her journal about her experiences with her ptsd from Joel’s death and Seattle and she writes about not being able to even go out hunting because the animals cries remind her of Joel and she says to Dina about how she’s not sleeping or eating and that she can’t let go of what happened ) her only hope is to let go of all the memories of Joel and disconnect herself from them so that she can heal from the trauma, she still loves him and misses him but she cuts ties with him in every way to aid the healing process so she can live her life happier
She didn't forget him
She just forgave him
2:50 is a callback to when Joel finds her in the restaurant after killing David and he grabs her in a similar way while she is blacking out
Joels leg is a little more than broke lol. But good eye for detail
I dont know if you did this one yet but.
Riley... you're such a sap = left behind
Last convo with jesse. You're such a sap = Part 2
2:07 I remember in my 1st playthrough remembering that LOL I love Naughty Dog
Another detail. Every bullet track is actually modelled. If you look at them from the side in photo mode you can see it.
The first one, the painting; is just INSANE!
Why don't you like?
@@VannywiththeFanny the story
The finale with Abby and Ellie was so dumb and extremely unrealistic, the forced feminism was too much. Overall the rest of the things I didn’t mention were all positives. 7.5/10 game.
@@emptyvodka6035 deep.
Every video I learn something new. It's insane!
Okay, so I wasn't crazy when Ellie was freaking out about killing Mel, she heard Joel instead of Tommy. I remember hearing that when I first played it and I just thought my ears were deceiving me.
Tommy and Joel saying “elleh” sound the same to me anyway
Omg that’s what I noticed and I almost cried cause I forgot he was dead for a second 😭
She freaked out killing a pregnant woman but Abby literally smiled when she tried to kill dina
The one about hearing Joel’s voice in Tommy’s is something I never ever noticed, probably one of, if not the best
Idk why I feel sad when it comes to last of us 2 details 🥺❤️ its a really heartbreaking game.
joels leg didnt broke it fucking blowed up
💀
Detail:
When you play as Ellie in the hospital while torturing Nora you can hear the rat king roar in the distance fighting with Abby
Also when nora and ellie fall into the room with clickers one of the guards say why is there electricity in the room is because abby turn on the generator
The mug is actually one of Ellie's journal entries
We saw the dog in the jackson before back in electrıc central at the first game . When we was exploring the area with Tommy
Ellie heard Joel's voice in TOMMY'S!?!??!??! I HAD NO CLUE
I dont understand that detail Can u explain ?
@@Oznerol1234 The voice that you hear in that scene is Troy Baker ( Joel) instead of Tommy's
@@yippiekayakotherbuckets360 ohhhh okay, thx for clarifying.
English not being my native language, I didnt recognize the voice actor. Because i played it in French, never actually got that detail
I didn't hear it until I played on ps 5 with my headphones and then I could hear it. Just like I never knew Dina was humming the song at the farm when Ellie was coming down the stairs
The Joel and Sarah one omg 🥺 I never noticed that. And when Ellie hears Joel's voice when Tommy is calling her. My HEART 😭
It's amazing how much detail and love they put in this game✨
Joels coffee mug is actually a journal entry
Pleaseeee show the weapons reloading closely!
It reminds me of TLOU1 after she killed David and Joel was talking to her as she was sitting on a bench, and she wasn't listening, she was zoned out
I think it's an intentional callback to that moment
In the Brazilian Dub, it was Joel's voice during the muffled sounds. Naughty Dog wouldn't request it if it wasn't intentional.
@@geopioneergsxr5357 actually, it’s also similar to her killing David and being so distracted by it she didn’t hear Joel right away or realize he was the one holding her. That could definitely be intentional too🥺
@@LucyWhiskers OH yeah, definitely true!😀
OH MY GOSH "DAWN OF THE WLF"?!!?!? That's GENIUS!!!!!!!!!!! No one could've noticed that but they did so anyway!!!! And the heights on the wall?! I can't believe I didn't notice that one! Also I love that you credited everyone who contributed; goes to show it takes a lot of people to notice soooo many details in this awesome game! But the one about Sarah and Joel both having leg wounds is so sad...
2:43
There is some skeptical view about it, but I think that voice is Joel's voice. In Japanese edition of this game, that sounds like Joel's voice.
Japanese version is not cannon :)
Does anyone know the name of the song that starts at 6:44?
the path a new begining. This song is from the end of tlou1.
@@iskegt7562 Thanks!
Has speclizer noticed the old timer dog at Jackson in 2 is the same old timer dog in 1 at the dam when Joel and Ellie first get there. On the way for Joel and Tommy to talk.
He already show that in other vídeo
2:45 I do not think so. This may have happened because the sound of Tommy's voice was made lower, and therefore it turned out to be similar to the sound of Joel's voice.
The first one clearly sounds like Joel. I mean, it's clear
1 year, and this game have so much details that at never see
Another detail: Sam's toy robot can be found when Ellie is getting ready I'm jackson
Another detail:
In Ellie's room if you see the pictures on the wall top of her bed I think, you won't find any pictures of Joel, that means she has already found out about everything
Naughty Dog always takes attention to detail to a whole other level
What was supposed to happen at 8:01?
The first one, whoahhh
These are amazing things picked up. I thought I was good noticing the continued bruising on Abby's neck from the hanging and Ellie's wrists after the handcuffs. But many of these details are much more deep.
It did start and end with a guitar scene, but you didn't show the last guitar scene. The Last was obviously the guitar being leaned up against the window before she left.
it would’ve been a cool detail if with the heights on the wall, there would’ve been one date that said 2038/2039 whatever year it is in the present, hinting that one of the family members survived and returned to their house
Not sure if u have done this one already but as Owen dies his last words is him muttering that “she...she..pregnant”, just thought it was kinda quiet and I didn’t notice it myself even after 3 or so play throughs
... thats why Ellie unzip the girls jacket ... Not really an easteregg
@@chimnino yh I know but it is quiet and when u have subtitles on, it
says “inaudible”. Also I have seen you tubers who hate on this game say that Ellie conveniently happens to unzip Mel’s coat and find out she is pregnant, showing they didn’t hear it.
@@chimnino and besides, this video was attention to detail, and I would say that this is a small detail that some didn’t notice and at no point did I call it an Easter egg
The Dinosaur and Joel's voice on Tommy's I knew from my first playthrough. I can't believe because of the Missleading Trailer they made I thought Joel was still alive and they didn't buried his Body. That would be so dumb. And so I teared up when I saw Jesse instead. Because it was fully confirmed he was dead.
this game is so detailed
What was the detail relating to The Torah? Looks like the four-thirds banner didn't show
About the picture, this is a really very interesting observation. It's a pity that the game itself does not draw our attention to this in any way. But it would be very interesting to find out in the course of passing.
This game is just... phenomenal.
Some of NPC even greets you once you walk close to them
The height thing on the wall, I noticed that too. Very poignant
What music did u use in this video? I rly liked the 2nd one
6:43 this? Its "the path a new begining"
@@iskegt7562 yesss thankyou
@@andrewd.3469 :3
not sure if this was covered, but I believe Tommy is wearing Joel's jacket throughout Seattle
Nice video, I appreciate details like this in TLOU2, well seeing to players 😁
2:44 blew my mind. Its also Joels voice in german
Even after 1 year, there are still videos about TLOU 2 😍😍
THE UNDERRATED MASTERPIECE
This game was literally garbage
@@bioshootoverload9135 when you have nothing to say to defend your garbage
@@bioshootoverload9135 because it was literally the worst game i have ever played why im calling the game trash isn’t because of the apocalypse but how dumb they made joel in part 2 he asks what his name is to a stranger and accepts the invitation of going to the stranger’s house knowing it’s full of other strangers who don’t even know the name about and look at his dumb face when he said yall seem like you heard of us or something like dude i think he got alzzheimers he forgot what he did years ago 🤦🏻🤦🏻 if he was the joel I know he would ask abby what the hell are you doing in this middle of the blizzard and send him back to jackson gun pointed plus why would he go their house when there is jackson many infected lose trail of them when they arrive at abby’s house i count like 10 of them and the ending is really disappointing imagine forgiving your father’s’ murderer for literally no reason and the message is “revenge is bad” yeah for ellie but what about abby? A great character like Joel didn’t deserve to die like this plus he didn’t do anything wrong they took her daughter by force to make a possible cure and abby’s father pointed a knife at him he had no choice to kill him he murdered someone but it was 2nd degree murder now go back and play with your garbage while i am still sticking to tlou1 with it’s multiplayer
@@bioshootoverload9135 i meant he is the protagonist and most people’s favorite character of all time he resembles Arthur morgan too speaking of them look at joel’s death (for saving a girl who he looks at her as his daughter) look at Arthur Morgan’s canon death (to buy some time for his friend that he looks at him as his brother to escape) this is not fair joel deserved more than that all he wanted to do is to not lose his daughter again
@@ghostwhencodghosts9114 whatever u say I love this game
Woah, holy crap.... the one where she hears Joel's voice at first when its Tommy is insane....
New sub!!!! Love your content!!!😍😍😍the details are incredible
FYI Abby also took Jerry’s picture. It’s on her bed table.
Couple months late but the 2 fingers that Ellie lost could also symbolise the people that she lost by leaving to chase Abby: Dina and jj
What's the name from the last track please?
The Path (A New Beginning)
@@Speclizer Thank you very much!
trhe guitar one shouldve been "it starts with a zoom out of the moth logo on the guitar and ends with a zoom in"
It’s crazy. Come on. A fucking masterpiece.
One more thing when I was chasing Nora and get into a spores area a Wolf say why the power is on cause Abby turned it on.
It used to bug me no end there was no way to for example close the door to the Torah cabinet, no way to put the various guitars back in their cases, I know it's the end of the world, makes no difference, but still..
Nah she didn't hear Joel voice in Tommy's. Tommy's voice sounds like that because the distorsion fx
nice vid, subscribed :) that earthing was a little overdone in rdr2, here it's perfect!
Hey man some people say that Rat king or something like big infected creature can be heard in a sewer tunnel when I escaped from stalkers and flow in sewer. So if you don't understand my location watch a UA-camr name bexxyrae. So can you show us in out of bound who is that creature I am really excited to see him if you read my comment.
How are you able to pan around the game?
It's a mod that they use to look around like that.
@@spiders9360 I know it's a mod just wondering if anyone wants to share what the mod may be.

Ya know, I think that people are starting to like this game as time goes by. It really feels like not many people despise this game now.
@Transistor Jump Annnnnnd youre not one of those people. But thats okay though : D
@Transistor Jump Story's the best part.
@Transistor Jump Storys the best part
@Transistor Jump Good chatacters good plot, and its the first game that has made a proper impact on me thats changed the way I see movies and games
@Transistor Jump Damn bro you do realise storys a subjective. Getting angry at people because they like a game is very unhealthy
@@Speclizer thank you, very much! I'm looking forward to it! 😁
I don't have the patience (even with mods) to go through that again lol, it still takes a while and sometimes randomly crashes :(
@@Speclizer how the hell did you get to 850?? I did it for about an hour straight before my game crashed, don't think I was close to 500. 😂😂 but understandable, it is a process! I just found it interesting how that affected the entire game, even the main menu. That boat spinning around cracked me the hell up.
The details are insane! So cool
This game on UA-cam looks great even more greater when you playing it
The details in Naughty Games are unmatched. They are the GOATs. I love this game so much. I still need to play Grounded Mode.
Could you show me which shoe Ellie is wearing when she leaves the farm?
2:43 okay this is awesome...
What comics were those?
The one about Tommy's voie actually being Joel is false. It just sounds like that due to the sound effect in that scene.
