WHats driving me crazy, is I don't know if there's any fans of the the show the Magicians, but no one else but me seems to catch the reference the last of us 2 gives to the Magicians! It has to be a reference, I refuse to believe its a mere coincidence!
Right before Ellie starts singing Take on Me, she asks Dina, " Remember that night by the bonfire?" Of course, we haven't seen a bonfire scene and they're clearly talking about some random memory they shared, but I can't help but believe the developers put that line in on purpose to reference the Magicians.
At the end of the season 4 finale of the Magicians, the whole cast is gathered by a, you guessed it, a bonfire and they play that EXACT RENDITION of Take on Me! Can't be a coincidence .

City of thieves book Abby was reading is about a boy called Lev who’s father disappeared. he then fled the city with his sister and mother in WW2. Lev then eventually gets thrown in jail and meets a solider who deserted their unit and they team up for a mission to save their lives

The scene that Joel sings for Ellie was actually played at the end of "One Night Live" event
It's called the "One night live secret scene" because Neil told the cameras to stop recording , and only the crowd knows about it , it's a pretty cool reference

You have missed (probably) the most touching eastar egg on the game which is Joel was reading one of the space related book (space for dummies or smth like that). Can be found next to his bed in his house when Ellie walked in after his death.

I think you forgot here the Princess Mononoke reference, during the part when we play Abby with Mel and Manny, he talks about a movie with a girl and a wolf. I'm pretty sure this is a reference to the Ghibli anime (which is awesome, by the way). I'm practically sure someone spot it too in the comments, though. I think this is the only reference you missed...
Also, very small detail but when you are exploring the aquarium as Abby with Owen and you enter the arena where Owen's future boat is docked, he slides down the railing. You can also slide down

there is another harry pottee easter egg in the wolf's basement, there are a group in a table talking about some books of people that can do magic and that turns into a more adult tone in the 4th book haha.

Actually 0451 existed in other games prior to Deus Ex Mankind Divided. It's a nod to Fahrenheit 451, a book (& a very popular one).
The original Deus Ex not Mankind Divided and its actually from System Shock. It is believe that it is a nod to the Fahrenheit book but it isn’t. It was a door code that gave access the Looking Glass Studio office.

The ‘Strange Relic’ doesn’t originate from Uncharted as it was also an Easter egg in that game. The relic is an Easter egg to Jak and Daxter, the egg is called a Precursor Orb. It’s a collectible and a primary form of currency in the games’ settings next to another form of currency called Eco. 😁
11:50 is actually a precursor egg from Naughty Dogs Game series "Jak and Daxter" - it was already an easter egg in Uncharted🤙🏼

Personally I don't think that Sam's robot, the picture of Joel and Sara, Joel's watch and revolver, the guitar tuning, the pallet, the Savage Starlight comic book, the infection scanner or the pun book would be an easter egg. They are more like details and/or references which are showing you the time passed and the change of the characters. But it's only my opinion
