Totally worth the wait! I love Ballard Designs! These turned out fantastic. =) Thanks for having me cohost this challenge. It's one of my all time favorite challenges!! =)
Thank you so much for co-hosting this month! I really appreciate your help and patience with everything this morning! 💕
They both look great...never would anyone think these were plastic!!!!!
I love the first bell. It does not look like it would be plastic. Smart ideas!
They look so good. Would never have thought they were those gold bells!
Fun Fact:
I love watching these videos so that I can tell other people how to recreate them without actually doing it myself. They think I'm so clever and creative even though I've never DIY anything.
LOL! You crack me up! I'm sure you would be good at it though!
Liked the first bell most, but both came out perfect!
i thought these were so pretty i did the same thing with my dollar tree bells this summer, I spray painted mine silver and with a sponge i put black on them to look galvanized, but the way you put the gold on was so gorgeous...hey you can also make bells out of the huge flower pots, or planters from Dollar general they are 90 off right now at 1.00 for the $10 ones, i bought them all, they make gorgeous bells!! loved your video!!
This is my first The look for less. It was wonderful. The bells look metallic.
Wonderful! So glad to have you!
They both looked very cool. It is amazing that you are able to take shine plastic and turn them into the vintage-looking decor as you have.
I love those better then theirs. I love the colors and the different tops on them. Natalie had a beautiful bench. You ladies did a wonderful job. Thanks for sharing. Have a blessed day.
Yami who would know those bells came from the Dollar Tree. I love them both but the first one was my favorite. I remember seeing those at Christmas and thinking they where tacky. You shed new light on what you can do with them. TFS and inspiring me. 👍👏🥰
Both of these turned out great and very pretty 👍 TFS enjoy your Thursday ♥️💕♥️💕♥️
Wowza! Your projects are just that extra step that elevates them beyond a basic copycat piece. They are just so polished and complete . I never would thought to use my hot tip tool to change the plastic like that! So clever! Thanks for sharing!
Thank you so much for your sweet words! They mean so much! So glad you liked these. 🥰
These came together beautifully and actually look better than the more expensive ones. I have those bells and painted they grey, but Christmas came so fast, I had to pack them with my Christmas decor. I'm going to to pull them out and give this a try, I love bells. Tyfs.
Thank you so much! I hope you have fun changing them up!
Amazing! You turned plastic to metal. I just love them. I might try some. Thanks for sharing and also for hosting this lovely challenge.
Side by side view I was drawn to your version.👍🏻
Think your faux bells looks way better then the original. And way less so good job. 💖
Wow those turned out fantastic! You'd never be able to tell the bells originally came from Dollar Tree!
Thank you very much! I am so happy you liked the bells!
Perfect, easy, and a great addition to my décor! Thank you for your creativity.
They came out fantastic! They looked like the cost alot money! Love your DIY'S!
💕💖 the first bell as my fav but they’re both fabulous dupes! Thx for sharing with us all
Wow! they certainly don’t look like dollar tree bells after you’re done with them. Love the final result! Beautiful 😍
I also love Ballard Designs and yes, they are very pricey. This project is not my style, but WOW! I think they came out GREAT. I really appreciate your creativity. If I need a vintage-looking bell, I'll know how to make it. Thank you.
I get their catalog and I just love their stuff! Thank you so much for watching!
WOW! What a transformation. The use of the beads for the handles is genius! I don't have the tool for the recessed lines but I'm thinking of using hot glue and make raised lines instead (because I'm definitely doing this!). Your bells look AWESOME! Thanks for sharing and hosting.
A very creative way to upgrade the DT bells. They came out great! I love how one has a handle and the other one can hang.I never would of thought to use a wood burner tool.I like the color of the first one best.Tfs!💜🤗
Lovely! I love how you used a wood burner ok these bells. I would've never thought to try that. Genius!!! Thanks for hosting
It was my first time too! Glad I did it! Thank you so much for joining in as well!

Thank you! I am so glad you liked these! I cannot wait to see what you created!
Hi YAMI, the bells turned out great! So glad your Challenge is back!
I liked the first bell. I made 2 similar bells for Christmas for a large wreath. I am subscribed to you but now I see lots of videos I haven’t seen. Can’t wait to catch up.
Love the way the bells look! I like the way you use paints to vary the colors! Good video, good job!!
I love the first one.
Yami I always LOVE your looks for less challenges, they always come out looking so high end! What a great way to turn those cheesy plastic bells into something so beautiful! The first one is my favorite...it looks so real! I also love what you did with the second one using your wood burner...just genius! Thank you for showing us that we can have classy, beautiful, high-end looking decor for less! 😍😘❤❤❤❤

They are gorgeous. You did a beautiful job on them!
Love your Bell's I think the first one is my favorite because of the handle you created. It reminds me of the old ones my grandmother and Aunt's had. Great knock offs. So sorry you had such a hard time uploading your video. But well worth the wait. 🤗💕💞💓💞💕
My grandmother had some too! I love how the handle turned out on that one.

Totally love the bells
I absolutely love these bells Yami. My Dad’s sister’s last name was Bell and when she passed away I was able to keep a beautiful brass bell that she owned. I treasure it and your DIYs touched my heart. I’ll definitely be trying this project and share them with my “kids”. Thanks for the walk down memory lane and I hope you’re having a wonderful week. 🤗
