Never dreamed that you could make something this great from dollar tree products! Now if only I could find a dollar tree store that had ANY of the items I see on these videos and I have checked three.
That is the BEST 3 tier tray made from Dollar Tree items that I have ever seen! You totally nailed the enamel look with the chipped edges. I will definitely copy this one. You inspire me, Shannon. Thank you for sharing your creativity with your followers.
SO AWESOME!!! I AM ADDICTED TO DOLLAR TREE, TO THE HAULS, SHOP WITH ME & TO DIYS, ESPECIALLY THE 3 TIERED TRAYS!!! LOVE THE WAY YOU CREATED THE ENAMEL LOOK! AMAZING JOB! I HAVE MADE 3 TIERED TRAYS OUT OF GRADUATED SPRING FORM PANS, WOODEN CANDLESTICKS, THE CLEAR PLASTIC ROUND THINGIES THAT GO UNDER FLOWER POTS TO CATCH THE WATER, THE METAL PAPER TOWEL HOLDER, ETC. & THE BURNER COVERS WITH THE CLOTHESPINS & THE ROLLING PIN. NOW I JUST HAVE TO TRY THIS ONE! THANKS FOR SHARING!
This completely made me think of my grandpa and Grandma's cabin everything was enamel and you know chipped and but real chipped and this actually made me cry because it brought back such great memories of spending time camping with them and being with them I remember even them having these dishes at their house and I always wanted to use these dishes my grandma always wanted to put her Corelle Ware out and I wanted to use these because they were like camping so I want to make this and I hope it turns out as good because this was an amazing amazing tutorial thank you so much Shannon!
I made this & absolutely love it!! My dollar tree doesn't have the rolling pins, but I found an unfinished, 1.5" x 4' dowel at Lowes. Cut & stained, it worked out perfect & lots left over for future projects!
We are remodeling my hubby’s family home. I plan on using some enamel wear pieces of his moms to decorate on top of my hutch. I love this tray. I will definitely be trying this. Thank you so much for sharing the how to
This is a great tutorial. I must say I was brought up in a farm house and find it funny that so many crafters think the things we had were great that have to recreate them. Lol
I was looking around on YT and came across this video. I've been wanting a tiered tray but haven't found one I really loved. I have now. I am now one of your new faithful followers. Thanks.
...wha....what?! Your brain amazes me!! I NEVER in a million years would have thought to do that. It looks like enamel bowls BIG TIME. Get it gurl! Best dollar tree diy I've ever seen. Hands down....gah love it!
I love this!!! I was just in Dollar Tree yesterday and had one of the bowls in my hands. They only had one size. Looks like I am going back today to get the bowls and a platter. I have everything else on hand. Can't wait to make this! Thank you!
Such a wonderful project, put me smack dab at my ma and pa’s breakfast table growing up. They had so many things that looked just as you designed this tray...I absolutely love it!
Shannon...this project is Ingenious!!! I love it! I have several enamel items in my kitchen and have even painted several to look like enamel, as you have. You have inspired me to paint my 3 tier tray like this. THANKS!!!
This is SO ADORABLE! You really nailed the enamel look with your painting techniques! I love it! I have plans to do a similar plans, but haven't actually tried it! NOW, I think I CAN! Thanks to YOU! 💖
I love enamel but it is pretty expensive if you need many pieces. Your method is completely doable and affordable. I can't get over how realistic your bowls look and the black cracks in in the enamel. I would love to see you do something using a large bowl with a pitcher sitting in it. Flowers to go in the picture for the wash basin look. Thank you
Real enamel is always best but this is such a great idea & my favorite that you've done by far!! Way to think outside the box! I've done this with old pie tins and an old rolling pin before. The one I made my dad was on spot, mine is a little crooked as far as it lining up evenly. I just use it as a jewelry holder. Great job!!!!
In my mind this is what the cashier at DT is saying about me as I added 6 rolling pins to my cart yesterday Oh that DIY lady on YT came out with another project I see!! 😆😁 Shannon, I absolutely learn something from every one of your videos. Thanks for sharing!
Hi sweet lady! I just found this video. So yay! There is another one I am searching for that you did. I'm hoping I can find it. Love you. Tyfs... ty for the inspiration. God bless.... It came out really beautiful. I love it. Thank you for sharing your DIYs.... you always knock it out of the park. I don't own a saw. So I don't know how long it would take to cut through the wood by hand. It it really beautiful.
Ok ....I had plan to do this with enamel ware and have been searching while thrifting but haven’t been able to find my kind of affordable to do it. I love the way yours looks and I can afford $4 so I am going to the DT for the small bowls and rolling pin. I have a larger bowl I can use for bottom. Thanks so much for sharing!
I LOVE this!!! I made something similar but I may just have to revamp what I made & do this!! I think a clear coat would make it look even more like enamel pieces. Thanks Shannon for the inspiration!!! :)
Absolutely love this project!! Couldn't wait to make my own! I did spray the "enamel" pieces with a matte spray to prevent chipping. I think it came out great!!! Thank you for sharing!!!!
Such a cute idea! I can see it displayed in the kitchen, on a farmhouse table, even in a bathroom! I’m seriously going to try this one.
Never dreamed that you could make something this great from dollar tree products! Now if only I could find a dollar tree store that had ANY of the items I see on these videos and I have checked three.
Finally a Dollar Tree crafter who uses more than hot glue! Great project. Thanks.

I have a bunch of antique enamelware. Some pieces are family pieces and others are just from antique stores. I loved this project!
I made this & absolutely love it!! My dollar tree doesn't have the rolling pins, but I found an unfinished, 1.5" x 4' dowel at Lowes. Cut & stained, it worked out perfect & lots left over for future projects!

I love this idea. My kitchen is really small and i don't have a lot of counter space. This would come in handy to display some of my everyday items.
This is so clever and sooo cute. The only thing different I would do is put a shinny clear coat on it.
