      I tried to make the bread so airy inside so it absorbs the butter sauce easier. It was fantastic after baked. 🥰🥰

    Hello Aimee’s it’s looking delicious. I am wondering if can I used hi gluten wheat flour instead or not..? Would you let me know the difference between hi gluten or hi protein ? Please Thank you

    • @AimeesCooking
      @AimeesCooking  4 роки тому

      High gluten flour is better for bread making. It’s able to produce more gluten formation and that’s essential for soft, fluffy, bread.

    • @tinanguyen4174

    I don’t have a stand mixer.😞 Can i just knead it with my hands? Do you have an idea how long will it take?

    • @AimeesCooking
      @AimeesCooking  3 роки тому

      Hard to say since we all knead with different strength but maybe 10-12 minutes

    Hi, can i use all purpose flour instead of bread flour?😄

    • @AimeesCooking
      @AimeesCooking  3 роки тому

      Yes, however, bread flour yields fluffier bread.

    Amy, during the kneading process if after 10-12 minutes it’s not elastic paper thin does that mean we have to keep kneading/mixing?

    • @AimeesCooking
      @AimeesCooking  4 роки тому +1

      You can go another min or two? Are you using KA? Are you using lower speed? Just wondering why yours would take so long.

    • @icoangel78
      @icoangel78 4 роки тому

      Hi Amy, I am using a KA, followed your ingredients exactly with scale and mix at your speed you said to. at 10 min the dough tear apart. it took me to about 20 min before it got to that elasticity you showed in your video. this happens with with pandan bread recipe too. 😔 does it have to do with temperature in my house?

    • @AimeesCooking
      @AimeesCooking  4 роки тому

      What about protein level in the flour? Mine is 12.7 % so maybe that’s why it forms gluten faster.

    • @icoangel78
