Its really interesting that they have money to keep electricity running for the purpose of cameras, sensors and 24/7 immediate response security…. But they are letting the entire complex rot until it’s demolished with everything in it for more overpriced, fast built, cheaply made, particle board apartments. It makes sense…. (Insert sarcasm)
It's cheaper to put up motion detectors and cameras and occasionally bring out a private security team than to operate the facility, because those things would already be there in the first place. The owners are worried about metal thieves and squatters, which can make the building impossible/very expensive to renovate, and it complicates demolition work.

I fail to see how metal thieves or any type of thief/ squatter would matter whatsoever to a building being demolished. It's being demolished either way, so why even bother with protecting something you're going to destroy??
