Great video Carol! Question for anyone really, is there a way to create a button to save as using "Execute a menu item" action and delete the fields after the save has been completed? I have tried multiple attempts to accomplish this with no avail. When i add a "Reset a form" action, it wipes the fields out first and then creates the new PDF of that. This tells me both actions are working, but not working in the order needed? Is there a way to switch the order of operations around or a script to accomplish what I am trying to do? I am merely looking for our field personnel not to be able to just change the date and save the same PDF out for each date instead of walking through the whole inspection PDF...

Not that I'm aware of. The red box around the field is designed to notify the form user that the field is a mandatory field and that the user needs to fill it out. It could be frustrating to a user if they are not able to quickly identify a mandatory field.
+Carol Bee is there a book out there that you could recommend with information of how to use Adobe Acrobat pro or with information on what this application has to offer?

Great tutorial. How do I change an existing button to something else (ie current button says submit want to change to clear all fields).
