No matter what I try, after creating a form, I cannot actually use the fillable spaces created... I've even tried using free online software to create a fillable PDF and yet, same result, I can't actually type any text in the fillable spaces I created... Obviously doing something very very wrong :(
PDF form should not exist. The format is really bad for data extraction. Use PDF for what is good at -> a representation of a paper sheet that will look the same everywhere. Yes, nobody needs that anymore except for archive. 1) You want to look it different depending of the screen size! 2) You should not have to archive paper anymore because you should probably not use paper.

The art needs to be "locked". Can I actually do this in AA Pro? Ive been listening to your tutorials for 2 days.

You would have to select the radio buttons, group them together, and in the Properties-->Options submenu change appearance by selecting the Button Style "Check". This appears as a checkbox but you can only select one in the group.

somethings wrong with mine. it only detected the top corner table. the rest of the table and boxes are still nothing. When I click on Prepare Form again, nothing happens. I will have to manually add text boxes. How to re-run the auto detect again?
Is it possible to save on fillable field the name, that after pressing field the name of the field would be gone ? For example field named (Name Second name) and after you press the field example goes out and you automaticly allowed to fill your name and second name ?

My version of Adobe Acrobat Pro doesn't have the prepare a form function you start with in the video. It does have Create a web form. Is this another update or is my version missing something?

Is there a way to create and apply a template for where you want the fillable boxes on the next form you print as a PDF from Excel? Or, barring that, any ideas why I can’t drag/select a section of automatically generated fillable boxes for deletion? Lastly, I can’t find the option to have my fillable boxes be blue for the user lol… any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!!
Hi Jamie. QUICK QUESTION. I'm preparing an agreement form for our salesperson to fill out in-house and then send it out for a signature. Once our salesperson fills out a form with the customer's info, how do you then send it to a customer so that the fields are no longer accessible? They simply need to sign and date it. Do then save it a special way or export it? Also, can a form be set up so that everytime the salesperson uses it, they don't have to tab through to erase the previous info. Thanks

Lots of us have Adobe Acrobat STANDARD but all the videos are for Pro. The cost difference between the two is large.
