Mettaton is my favourite character in undertale. His personality is just so appealing to me. How he's super full of himself. And also the voice acting for Mettaton is my favorite. :v
@@strongfish9179 Probably because Papyrus fails while doing it, he's so clumsy that most people can relate to him. Mettaton, on the other hand, is an accomplished star and is probably the toughest challenge on a Pacifist run and the second toughest on a Neutral, right behind Asgore. Still, there are a lot of people that like Mettaton, I don't think there's really a character in Undertale that people hate (well, maybe Jerry or So Sorry, but they're kinda irrelevant)

in "Death by Glamour" Mettaton talks about the fact that the love of the fans almost gives him wings and lets him "fly to the surface".
Then, in "Power of Neo" he mentions, that he now has wings and the power to fly.
Both songs feature a connection to wings and flight.

To be honest, I love the fact that Mettaton is male, and he's not afraid to be who he feels is him. He doesn't give a fuck what others think, as long as he's happy with who he is.
And that is one of the reasons why he's my favorite character in the game.

For the people who are confused about Mettatons, gender. He is infact a male. He is referenced thought out Hotlands part of the game and Undyne's house has a "he" catty ad bratty and Aphys (probably spelt that wrong) say "him" or "he" or "his" ect.

No worries, a lot of people get confused. The voice actress for Toriel contributed to the chanting and cheering, but not the singing part, but since she's a prominent female character, people seem to confuse her voice with Sym because Sym's voice is super prominent. Just thought I'd have a little fun :)

I feel as though Alex was either born to play Mettaton or Mettaton was created specifically to give Alex ideas.... Either way I am not entirely sure there isn't some sort of connection there. I have random ideas when reading Undertale fanfic while listening to Undertale music. And I cannot always resist the urge to share them.

Just the emotions in the song, I mean it's much less emotional then alot of the other songs, but that's the point, this is a big, over the top performance, not a heart to heart like later on, it's all about having fun with it and he did. He really had fun with this. And so did we because if that!

Great song! Think it was a good choice to not trying syncing it perfectly with the music. Not only does it sound better and more authentic, but it would just be forced otherwise. I'll be honest, every new song I fear for feels and cringe, but you've nailed it every time! The only thing even slightly off are the faces. Mettaton's legs out of 10.
