We're getting a lot of comments that say "The old one is better." I think this is similar to when we uploaded Spider Dance - anything different to what people expect must be "wrong." Some people even comment that they don't like this version before they've even seen this version. I can tell because some of those comments happened before any of those people would have had time to watch the full video.

I only see one problem with the lyrics: Papyrus canonically hates Grillby's because it's too greasy for his standards.

Coming back to this song, the amount of banter between the two bros is inserted so well into this song, flowing so smoothly while Sans buts in, joking or encouraging his bro, and Papyrus tries to keep the flow going!
Also, the song where I learned Steel and Darby are amazing.
Darby Cuprit has always been my favorite Papyrus voice, so it's great to here him sing BoneTrousle again. Also Steel as Sans is just as amazing on his own and doing a duet with Darby. Overall I love it just as much as the original and more!

Papyrus was such a big inspiration to me in my high school years , i had very low self esteem and i really hated myself ( i even used to say "sorry" whenever i was happy) so he was really an idol for me

I remember seeing this version of the song in the script and wondered if we were only going to hear it in the full musical (really looking forward to that, by the way). I'm glad we got to hear it on its own!
I admit, I personally thought some parts flowed a little better in the original at first but after getting used to the new lyrics when I listened again, I think they definitely work well and actually suit the situation better. Steel and Darby's performances have also improved considerably and I love how the opening is actually animated this time around. The added joke of Sans telling the orchestra to put their payment on his tab was the perfect way to cap it off. Nicely done!
