Tuchel and those Bayern legends/hierarchy are a disaster waiting to happen. Those guys fell out with many of their recent managers, even Hansi Flick who is a Bayern Munich man. Tuchel, on the other hand, also fell out with all his bosses since Dortmund.
To be fair, Dortmund had no ambition, PSG had Leonardo and Tuchel only said no to signing Ronaldo at Chelsea amongst other things. Effectively Boehly had already decided before he came in that he wanted his own man instead of Tuchel.

Also loosing Alaba and it doesn't help that players like Neuer and Müller are getting older, they don't really have any fullbacks that are really good defensively and haven't bought a pure striker.
@@yoditan I would have to disagree on that with you. I think Bayern have an insane squad depth, with such a quality squad, this is the bare minimum you should ask for when it comes to performance. Bayern have played boring and unattractive football under Nagelsmann, no creativity or flair in attack, and defence has been sort of inconsistent. A lot of bayern’s goals have come through opponents mistakes and moments of individual brilliance from players and not from tactics or good game play. When you just look at the numbers, it’s easy to say that the sacking was unnecessary. But when you look at the games closely from a tactical and gameplay perspective you understand Nagelsmann has been really bad and inconsistent. The only tactically brilliant performance I saw from Bayern under Nagelsmann was the 2nd leg against PSG. And the Bayern board know this, they have been very patient with him, if they weren’t patient Nagelsmann should have been sacked in the end of last season. And with Tuchel maybe going to Madrid or Spurs, the board just didn’t want to be more patient. Regardless of whether Tuchel wins the Champions league or not, I still feel the decision is correct.
