Ive always used Royal purple mix and blend of other stuff for my front pumps for the my old hopper it doesnt foam up and bubble like regular nd30 or hydro fluid i never had no problems with my seals or anything
Never seen a return directly to the tank before. And damn, I always thought hydraulic fluid was the best thing to use! I think we used transmission fluid on my first Low, definitely news to me!🤷🏽♂️
I have always used nd30 for street setups I have been told 10w30 has additive that will wear seals out but with that being said I have also seen setups that have gone years running 10w30 with no problems. And at the price nd30 has gotten I may just start running it to. Good info on the telescopic I may give that a shot
Please explain to me how not to use hydraulic fluid when all this came from liftgate. Maybe not use china bs o rings? Cottrell car carriers don't use motor oil. What mfg uses / recommends motor oil? Most respect to you .
What would you prefer as a full set up for a 63 Impala . Hopping and 3 wheel but still a daily rider (pumps , cylinders , batteries etc) I’m just trying to get some game up since you know your shxt and I just copped my 63
Ur wrong for the first time ever. 1 motor oil has thermal deterioration. 2 motor oil causes cavitation for the lame and that is air bubbles. 5 gallon pale of hydraulic oil used in tractors is in fact cheaper and is beneficial because it's continuous use anti-cavitation properties as well as thermal. Them mini checks are on point🎉

Returns to the ranks where a big thing in the 70’s & 80’s with the old style fenner gates
Every time I used trans fluid I’d leak at the seals almost immediately.
Also all my setups in the early 90’s were dumped to the tank. 🤷♂️
Not exactly sure what your saying but you need stickers that say “no limit, no oochie lala”😂
I just us 5w 30
