Rochester has been devastated by the 2022 flood event, with more than 2,500 homes inundated. Rochester, Victoria - Campaspe River.

I’ve just moved up to Deni for work… I went through Rochester about a week ago… and you’d have no idea now. Horrifying for such a beautiful town.

I was sadly affected by this flood still haven't moved back into the house because its being sold. the town was told we would be alright it wouldn't get as bad as 2011 but it was way worse. it didn't really hit until we drove over to the town to check if any water had gotten inside the house and when we opened the house and the smell just hit me right in the face it all just came real to me I never thought that a town like rochy would be the place I would experience something like this

No, this was at the peak of the flooding. The water has gone down through the majority of the township. In cleanup/recover mode.
