I'm really interested in how the centrifuge system works, how does the metal not fly around the chamber? Is pouring silver into a static cast impossible without this method? Awesome work.....
The centrifugal force pulls the metal down into the mold and forces out the air and slag. You can make a metal centrifuge at home in a metal 50 gallon drum with a ratchet and spring. ua-cam.com/video/hcqXkPYbQsE/v-deo.html
Nice work but can you put the price or the location of some of the equipment not everyone is able to do those things without the equipment list them please
Good grills should stay in place well without adhesive, but for a perfect fit you need to use denture cream, especially on the grill for your upper teeth
I know in some of your videos you use the modeling wax. Then in others you use Pattern Resin, and then in this video your using jewelry wax. If I might ask what determines which one you use? Thanks from America!
i think this is his most asked question from what i learned probably depends on how much he wants it to weigh adding more layers makes a thicker heavier grill with more gold or whatever you use
Hi saw in the comments from your. other video asking how do grillz stick to your teeths and you said undercuts. Could you explain what excatly are undercuts. sorry. for any typos
Hey man, insane work! How much do you need to push wax sheet into cavities to make the grillz stick? Also what material you use for the mold. I sometimes see green, white & black?! & When do you differ from using wax sheet vs pencil on wax pattern material when forming the grillz! Best regards 🙏🙏🙏
