And, there is a lot of difference between real diamonds and artificial ones. You clearly aren't used to jewellery if you think otherwise. First of all their value is drastically different, their chemical composition is different and a lot of the artificial diamonds look 'too perfect'. There are a lot of other differences too but I can't bother googling.

Trax seems like one of the only jewelers in the industry who actually cares about the customer and giving them the best product for what they pay for, taking care of them, and creating a relationship with his clients and definitely looks to keep them as clients/ colleagues, lot of crooks in the diamond district. shoutout to him.
