    Cool combo however at the point of having flam + ponix + ash they can just veiler the ponix, let you send off flam and bring back two then nib you and you still end on nothing. The second combo is actually really cool though.

    • @YGOKingPhil
      @YGOKingPhil  2 місяці тому +2

      Thanks for the input I'll work on that. I will say tho any extender plays through that. Let's say you have a Magicians' Souls in hand. Summon souls link into Hiita/duelittle/pitknight earlie, then link it, your last lvl 1, and Flamberge to go into Apo for 3

    • @YGOKingPhil
      @YGOKingPhil  2 місяці тому +2

      Okay so the solution to veiler on ponix is to end on Flamberge I:P. If the opponent nibs before you end your turn then you can still do the princess whale line. If they don't you at least end on Flamberge I:P.

  • @brianlauria
    @brianlauria 2 місяці тому +1

    This is very very cool, however there is a window where they can freely nibiru after whale is equipped, then you can go into princess but then they can use their Veiler. Very cool combo tho

    • @YGOKingPhil
      @YGOKingPhil  2 місяці тому

      Not true. If they nib there Amblo is unequipped and gets destroyed allowing you to summon a link back, meaning sunlight. On top of that you already have ponix sanctuary in hand which plays through a nibbed field on its own. Thanks for watching!

      @@YGOKingPhil can you not nib on sunlight wolf summon? I may have missed something

    • @YGOKingPhil
      @YGOKingPhil  2 місяці тому

      @@brianlauria You can. I actually covered it in the video. Sunlight wolf summon is the most vulnerable moment in the combo. If they veiler the sunlight wolf then nib they can wipe our board. The thing is ANY fire in hand still give you the full Princess/Amblo line since you have sanctuary in hand, and have not yet made Princess. Also most opponents are not gunna know what you are doing so they wont think to interrupt you at the exact perfect moment.

    Awesome man! What would you reccomend replacing for 2 wanted and 1 black witch?

    • @YGOKingPhil
      @YGOKingPhil  2 місяці тому +1

      Ty! If you mean you have 2 wanted 1 witch, definitely remove parallel exceed and 1 SHS Motorbike. This allows you to remove almiraj from the ED. My last video is a Superheavy Samurai guide for Snake-eyes. In that video I have a full upgrade path you can take. Link in the description! Thanks for watching!

    really really cool stuff, I wish I didn't always drew Benkei lmao
    Btw what do you think of the Chaofeng line to lock fire and light ?

    • @YGOKingPhil
      @YGOKingPhil  2 місяці тому

      Yeah I hate benkei too 🤣. The chaofeng line is good but it adds at least 2 bricks so it's not good in the main. Also there are a few non fire/light decks now so it's not rlly generic enough. Thanks for watching!

    First combo:
    Nibiru you and you get nibiru token and you get to revive one of the links in the gy that have all used their effects already so you have no play
    This combo seems less safe and ends on less than the regular combo

    • @YGOKingPhil
      @YGOKingPhil  2 місяці тому

      Where would you nib? If you're talking about anytime after the anima equips amblo then you are so wrong. You still have princess, amblo, garunix in grave all live cause your link you summoned back, plus you have kirin ponix so you can dodge targeted effects against your fires, and threaten the XYZ while also having decent follow up if you play circle or sky burn. The Link you bring back would be sunlight wolf which would threaten follow up if your opponent summons in front of it, or u could summon ur xyz in front of it if your opponent doesn't fall for it. I feel like you just watched the combo and didn't think much about it before commenting. There is no point in the first combo where Nib veiler is effective unless you shotgun veiler.

    • @Chackothewacko
      @Chackothewacko 2 місяці тому

      @@YGOKingPhil let's say you get nibiru'd and you use swarmship to revive the sunlight wolf and all you have are the gy interruptions
      Why hasn't fire king been winning simply off princess and garunix pops in the past? Not to mention the garunix probably has nothing to destroy after you trigger princess cause your opponent is going to threaten s:p to dodge princess before committing more cards to the board.
      Vs tenpai one field spell being placed on the board with a regular hand means they're going to set up transcendent before battle which means you're forced to princess pop your own link just to bring garunix out to pop their field spell which isn't getting rid of their bodies so they still kill you.
      This plays heavily into talents as well since you're relying on nothing but the one fire link on your board to be destroyed. So if you use any hand trap at all they could see that your princess garunix gets turned off by you taking their sunlight wolf.

    • @YGOKingPhil
      @YGOKingPhil  2 місяці тому

      @Chackothewacko First off to say fire king hasn't been winning is absolutely wild. It has less representation, but very similar amount of wins. Second garunix destroys from the deck so that made no sense. You pop either kirin or arvata. If you mean it has nothing else to trigger off you're also wrong. Like I said you have kirin ponix in hand at the end of the combo. That invalidates your S:P point. Tenpai field spell gets instapopped by fire king combo so that is also not a problem like you seem to think. Unless they have 2 field spells in hand in which case most decks lose to that anyways. How does it lose to talent if you don't have to activate any monster effects until your opponent starts playing? If the first thing you do is Apo then sure they can talents take, but it's only good for 1 negate max cause you can just princess/kirin pop it. You also have Amblowhale in grave so that outs Apo. Also you seem to think princess is the only way to get access to garunix. It's not. Even if your opponent destroys one of their fire monsters you can summon it. I think the missing piece that you're not seeing is the fact that you have Kirin ponix in hand. That means no matter what happens to your board you still have AT LEAST 4 interruptions live. Kirin pop, Princess pop, Amblo Pop, Garunix eternity, Arvata. Usually you'll have to choose between arvata and Garunix eternity but not necessarily since eternity can res Arvata on destruction.

    • @YGOKingPhil
      @YGOKingPhil  2 місяці тому

      @Chackothewacko Also the combo is not meant to play around board breakers. It's meant specifically to play around handtraps. The second combo is for board breakers. ALSO also, this is a 1 card combo. If you get hit with Nib and still have 4 interruptions off 1 card then I think Nib did basically nothing. It only blocked Apo? Which is nothing. If the opponent has Nib veiler same thing except they use it at the end of the turn to tribute Apo. In that case you end on a token yes, but you still have your ponix kirin meaning 4 interruptions minimum, and you used 1 card while your opponent already used 2. No other fire king oriented 1 card combo plays around nib and veiler at the same time, and this combo is stronger than the ones pure does to play around nib/veiler. The only reason fire king gets less representation is because pros want to use a less complicated deck, not because it's weaker, and the numbers prove that, no matter what the general competitive public says.

    • @Chackothewacko
      @Chackothewacko 2 місяці тому

      @@YGOKingPhil the fire king cards are bricks in comparison to the pure build and you're playing an additional one (barong).
      I think that's the main reason why people stay away from the fire king build because you essentially don't want to draw any of them other than kirin.
      The pure build generally never ended on a better board than the fire king version could, but the pure build is more consistent for a multiple round tournament statically.

    what is stopping them from nib veilering at the end of your first combo lol

    • @YGOKingPhil
      @YGOKingPhil  2 місяці тому

      You have barong and ponix destroyed in the grave. This means every single grave effect is still live. Amblo, garunix, princess, etc. You still get like 5 interruptions. All you really lose is Apo and sunlight wolf

    This deck is a brick house.

    • @YGOKingPhil
      @YGOKingPhil  2 місяці тому

      The only difference in bricks is the SHS bricks. The rest of the deck is the same as any other SEFK deck. It's also not $1000, and that's the trade you make for the budget engine. It's still 95% as good as the full power version. If you think otherwise I'd love to remote duel you with your full power SEFK deck. I don't think that match would go the way you think.

    • @YGOKingPhil
      @YGOKingPhil  2 місяці тому

      Side note I moved temple to the side and circle out for the purpose of reducing bricks. I find the deck to be extremely consistent and flexible since the SHS cards don't HAVE to go into SE lines
