Hi, today my new Portal arrived. Where the two poles are connected I‘m not able to insert them fully because there is a little barrier. Is there some way to fix it or is it intended to be like this?

Hi Lars! There will normally be a very small gap at the swivel. Just make sure the poles are in as far as they'll go and you'll be fine!

That's all very well, but where the hell do you get replacement DAC Featherlite pole sections from!? Nowhere sells them, including DAC themselves.
