Today I’m going to show you a simple and easy-to-follow haircut tutorial; how to do a low fade along the sides and back. There are different types of fade and different techniques to do this. A low fade is where the transition between hair lengths starts lower on the head.

No lie. I've been cutting for 10 years, and have seen a million tutorials but this one is honestly the best I've ever seen.

This is the best explanation of a fade I came across with, you're very clear and consice with your explanation. Got tired of running into the bald fade videos on UA-cam, the whole time I wanted a see a video like this a fade with 0.

Honestly this is best explanation I have ever watched. I've self taught myself previously and the results haven't been too bad but I've been trying to find an easier way. I watched this and it easily halved the time it usually takes me and was an absolute dream seeing no lines as I moved up the head. The blend was so easy.Thank you

It’s the best one I’ve come across usually you get idiots who don’t know how to speak, and have no technical ways of explaining how to actually cut hair. This is the best one I’ve seen.

It's the first clearly explained video about fading for beginners that I have come across. I'm still getting to grips with the trimming measures with the lever positions.
I would have liked you to show how you finished this particular cut at the top with scissors.

Ive been cutting my own hair for 20 years, usually some sport of low fade, but I cant do the trimmer over comb method, because one hand is occupied by holding a mirror to see the back of my head, so I usually blend with larger gaurds. I wish I had an extra set of hands to do that method instead

The lever adds length. So if you have a #1 attached, opening the lever will make it a 1.5. This makes it easier to blend. If you dont have a lever, you can get attachments that are in half increments e.g. 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5..ect

That guys hair is straight as, like Asian hair.
Also the video shows that fading doesn’t have to be complicated, it can be achieved with several guards and minimal lever adjustments…

Sooooo, we’re just supposed to act like there are no steps between clipper opened & fully closed…….with or without a guard on?!? I call CAP..!!! If we could see the full video, I can agree with a high lvl of certainty, that you….Madam…. Left out some veeeeery important detailing steps! Not a bad cut, but a misleading tutorial indeed..!!!
