  • How To Improve Tight Hips?
    This is a hip mobility and core routine to loosen tight hips, and strengthen our center. As we know poor hip mobility can affect our posture, cause pain in our knees, ankles, and lower back.
    By improving your hip range of motion and strength you can decrease or even eliminate your pain and restore normal hip functionality. I recommend doing this routine to anyone suffering from tight hips or just wanting to maintain their mobility.
    The routine is constructed of 5 sets and 2 exercises. The timer is on for 45s of work and 15s of rest.
