It’s going to be a bumper of an episode, even though we only had one day, we managed to fit in sooo much, can’t wait to share next week 😁 thanks for watching 😊
Your Videos just gets better and better. They are very informative. Me and my Wife managed to do the move and we are in Auckland! You must give us a calendar heads-up so we can be in the right place at the right time to meet you guys!
Hey guys, what a roadie 😮, did you head back through SH4, left at Waiouru to National Park? The Desert road takes you around the eastern side of the Tongariro National Park, and SH4 the Western side. The Central Plateau is the heart of Volcanic activity in throughout the NI. Mount Ruapehu, Ngaruahoe, Tongariro and Pihanga make up the central plateau and on a beautiful clear day, Mount Taranaki can be seen out to the west. Loved watching this one, look forward to seeing the next one, 👍👋🍻
Cool Banana's....Love Road tripping. Best way to see the country doing roadies if you are not in a hurry to get to your destination. Great to see you two taking the trip while the folks are here together.
It was amazing, and such a good way to see more of this beautiful country 🤗 would be awesome to do this stretch in a van and spend a few nights along the way at all the cool spots we saw 😌 Thanks so much for watching 😊
Just as for next time you go for the big, long Tiki-Tour....It is worth noting that for fuel it pays to check some of the Truck-Stops. (Where you see trucks filling up at stops where there are pumps no shop...Craig might know about them if he has used a company vehicle) check the petrol pump prices...You will be surprised how much cheaper you can get fuel for. You don't need a Oil Company fuel card, to use them just you bank card. When you travel down here to Welly. The Waitomo Fuel stop on the Main road is usually the cheapest down these ways...but levin at the Servos are usually your next best price for fuel. after that it gets more and more expensive all the way to Welly.@@BeingBedingfield
What a beautiful, scenic road from Auckland to Wellington! 💖 Thank you for sharing with us your adventure.😘 You guys did an amazing job documenting this first stretch of your trip.👍👏 And your parents are so cute and look so happy.💕. Lots of love to both of you💖💖💖
I don't really know why but I always find it weird seeing my hometown and roads I regularly drive on on videos (I live in Levin). Seeing you driving up Cambridge St at 11:21 was weirddd haha. Will watch your Wellington video next, hopefully you will be traveling on some trains like you did up in Auckland.
There really is no valid reason why the fuel costs so much in Auckland, other then Govt greed. We ,like here in Australia, get our fuel from Asia, yet the govts of both countries blame the costs on the Ukraine war, with is a total cop out. Rant over. . .
Pity the weather was so bad. You missed some incredible scenery...Maybe you'll see it on the way back.
Yeah, wasn’t great :( we went back via New Plymouth, spent a night there
always love your enthusiasm and energy, and your enjoying our little country
Thanks so much for watching. We’re in awe of this beautiful country, especially after being to the South Island finally 🥰
Can’t wait for your Wellington Experience❤

Great start to a fun adventure! Even though the weather wasn't great, the view from that lookout was quite nice 😍

Thanks Shaun! It was an amazing trip! We definitely need to catch up!
Great clip - I used to work @ the Akura Hotel, but it had a different name "Portland Towers" I hope the weather improves for you all !
As you saw on our latest video, the weather didn’t improve, but that was our last day of truly bad weather. So a lot more sunny videos coming up 😅

Haha, I know the feeling!
When you drove down desert road you actually drove thru NZ only desert. That’s why the terrain was different to everywhere else
It was so cool! Wish we stopped for a bit longer to take it all in!
I was laughing to myself when you went through Hunterville that it would be funny if you ended up in Marton, I lived there for about 14 years!
I love nzd imiss this tour❤
