I get what this guy is hinting at but he really just begs for planes he wants. Which is fine it’s his video. However there is an overarching issue that he like, lightly presses the surface on.
@@LegitMyth It's only an issue if you've been playing for a decade or you premium grinded. They can still do plenty of backfill and focus on getting things better with existing planes. I go back and play props all the time personally, so something new there doesn't make me mad.

Let me summarize what I think warthunder needs New planes between tier 1-4, better game modes, and better rewards for playing. Notice how I didn’t say new game modes, the game modes exist, warthunder scratched them even though they were arguably better.
At 2 hours a gaming a day, which everyone can do, with a premium account, you can get to 13.7 in 1.5 months. Faster with a premium vehicle, double time without a premium account. And that's with tactics that are well known at this stage.
Top tier isn't fun. It's not even worth the grind, Gaijin should just stop adding new planes and tanks that are semi-modern/modern and just add more older/late props and jets along with that fix the problems with vehicles having incorrect stats and maybe the filler can help with the god awful br compression. Getting to top tier is painful simply cuz they just keep adding and adding new top tier vehicles. I remember when the f-86 was top and mig-17 then the f-100 and mig-19. Slowing down and stop adding top tier for a bit and focusing on mid/lower tiers can make the game more fun.
The whole situation is kind of complicated. I want to be able to get to somewhat top tier in some reasonable time but I also want to see more obscure and interesting planes and tanks. The grind is crazy, I’ve got 250 hours (totally f2p) spread across 4 trees (mainly to find one I like) but most of that 250 is settled on GB and just got a 4.3 yesterday. If they made the trees even longer, I don’t think I could ever get to top tier.
@@fluppet2350 They don't have to make the grind even longer if they add variants of vehicles which they could slip into a drop down tab like we already have with many vehicles so you can skip them if you want.
@@fluppet2350 yeah but they just throw stuff together like the Sturer Emil and flak bus together or M4/T26 and T25 another example is the Sea Hawk to Sea venom. they do it with so many vehicles.
where are my favorite aircraft form coldwar:Avro Vulcan,tu 16/22,or mig 25 and 31. mig 25 is major aircraft maybe more important than mig 23/19 end best time for mig 25 is 2years over. i don't want 5 gen or su 33 or f22 i want my mig25
Mig-25 has exactly one variant that has flares, and it only uses R-60s as useful missiles while being one of the slowest aircraft. It's a future event aircraft ultimately.
The constant addition of new aircraft is getting out of hand. Tanks have slowed since they can’t exactly get any more modern than they already have. If you played back in the day, Warthunder used to be focused on gameplay and adding cool unique vehicles from the 20s to the late 40s. Now they just go “WERE ADDING THIS SUPER MODERN JET AND MORE MISSLE SPAM”
@@ZoeCyber not saying people shouldn’t be kept from top tier, but I’m definitely tired of seeing new jets every update, I’d rather they add older aircraft, and work on the issue of game modes. I remember not having a jet and wanting one. Getting the jet was the biggest disappointment
If they just keep adding top tier vehicles every update its gonna be impossible for a normal player to reach it. So adding variants of vehicles with the drop down folder can help maybe fix the br compression a little, If you don't want the vehicle just skip it. Also maybe make the research cost for vehicles less at higher tiers.
P-51B & C were razorbacks just made in different plants. They were actually faster than the D in practice. Why are there not any Polish aircraft - Pulawski wing PZL P.11? Or Czech - the Avia 534 and 534K - before or up to the early monoplanes? Love the Ford! The A-4E is nothing like the A-4G! This sounds like a good way for Gaijin to con more money and lose potential new players. They should fix the problems already there first!
A way that Gaijin can add new (older) planes is to retire existing planes like they did with the Tiger II 105 and Maus. If you have a point there you keep it but if not it gets swaped out for what ever takes its place. It doesn't increase the grind for new players but gives older players something to investigate and enjoy (maybe, I'm looking at you F7U).
Too fast? this is just gatekeeping the new players away lol. The grind is already painfully slow as it is.

I have in this game 300h and I play it for probably a bit less than a year. I reached 6.3 br and you tell me that it is too fast?
