Nice looking, but the kitchen is way too small. Also, the kitchen table is at counter height. This height is uncomfortable for shorter and disabled people. I am unfortunately both. A high stool would have my legs dangling, causing me pain. Even if I were not disabled, I would find it too uncomfortable, so I would never have a counter height table. The rest of the kitchen is also a dud. There aren't enough cabinetsl. If I were to tweak the kitchen floorplan, I would make it "U" shaped, and put a table up against the front wall of the living room area. The living room chairs could be moved closer to the fireplace and to the side at an angle to leave room to sit at the kitchen table, while they still face the fireplace. The bedroom is a decent size for a small home. The bathroom is also a good size. The shower stall is big enough for a tub or shower chair.
It’s a small home design, and most would prefer to save on space. Everyone has different things that are important. To me, I imagined this as the weekend getaway or beach batch. Where the occupant (who could afford such a delight) would pack a bag and head off for the weekend. They probably then just take the washing home. Investing the laundry space into other areas. It is a cute design, I like it.😊
I lived in two different apartments that were 290 s.f., and 320 s.f., and there was absolutely no way the rooms were as "large" as this computer generated tour makes them look. Both of my apartments had very efficient layouts, but no room was wider than 8 feet, and the bathrooms were nowhere near large enough to have all the space this one shows. I have strong doubts about the veracity of the information on this, and would certainly have to see an actual floor plan, with room dimensions, before I'd believe the video.

The extra large awning and porch,and the platform in front of that helps with the image. But, just plan impractical

There is no clutter even in a tiny space organization is the key eliminating items you don't need
i didn't see a dishwasher but if it was just one person, not a big deal except no counter space.

The dinning chairs or stools are too high. With little amount of space for the dinner's legs to go under the dinning table.
I want a tiny house but there are 7 of us and nothing tiny but my twin grandchildren.

What I don't like is that most Western houses don't have hallways. You open the door and you immediately find yourself in a living room or kitchen.
