I think destiny engages more into non-violent communication recently. The "in my opinion" or "I think" is the classic way to ensure that and I feel like he didnt used to implement these words as often. I like it, its still honest but makes it more likely that the opposite side engages into an honest conversation and doesnt go full defense. Helped me a lot in relationships.

I do not believe for a second that this guy worked at twitch with how he talks about programming. I've always felt some bad vibes from him after this. I don't care that he sounds like a geek.
