At first I was like "aw that's sweet" but then thought about how I've had people show up at my door and it's violating.. Knowing each other 4 days? Too much. The code thing? I think that's fine and not the issue. She gave him the code. If she had lived in a house, him leaving it on her doorstep would have been the same thing.. He sounds like he was really just trying to be sweet but after 4 days and knowing she's gonna be dating others, even dating that night? He shouldn't have done that. HOWEVER, I do think these things are subjective. Sadly, if a woman really likes you? She would love this. If she doesn't? She will see it as stalkery. So many red flags are only red flags because you don't like the guy.
Do you think that the conceptualiztion of a person showing up 'randomly' as violating is beacuse of some social shift? Perhaps due to how much more time online and on social media platforms we tend to spend. As though we have allowed others to have a curated form of exposure, but we also get to choose our participation, and the end result being that when we have no control of how others choose to interact with us in more personal or 'physical' ways it just seems more of a violation? To take it to an extreme a freind that I have, who is female, complained to me one night that this guy she had met on tinder and had already met up with and had sexual realtionships and had gone on a few dates made her feel unsafe and violated, because he called her.
yeah i dont get why the flowers themselves are so bad, I sent my wife flowers and a note after our first date (I had never had a conversation with another human like it). I do think hand delivering the flowers was a bit much and doing all this when he knows she has another date on shows he might be the controlling type, so I totally get the red flag there.
@@benjamin2629 I just think people nowadays are generally too harsh with others. It's not that the flowers are weird, it's that hey are creepy. The real red flag is that this all went down and this guy went to plead his case to random internet trolls, then when they didn’t validate everything he did was ok, and that this girl overreacted - he went on to end it, which is an indication something more serious was happening below the surface.
@@MLGFinit0 This is not it, a major part of any conflict resolution is to seek out some form of validation, especially emotional validation. Honestly, it’s stories like that. Am I the asshole story that really confirms my practice to not ever give anybody surprise gifts. I’m the type of person to ask somebody what they want because I’m terrified of getting somebody a gift gift only to find out that they hated it. I don’t care if it gets rid of the spontaneity I want to get you a gift that you actually like and I don’t wanna have to do a bunch of guest work. That’s why I wish it was more acceptable to just give people money as a gift that way they can get whatever they want.
for the finding women male spaces thing: one true thing from some dating coaches is that you have to better yourself so you can find women. find hobbies that make you happy, not only that you have something youre passionate about and can talk about during dates and chats, but also that you have no issue persuing these hobbies and meeting women while coming off as creepy. maybe get 2 or 3 hobbies and have a dedicated hobby where you limit yourself from trying to date the women there, so you learn how to interact with them naturally without coming off as needy. ive been doing volleyball my whole life and after moving for college switched from a normal male league club to a mixed hobby club. lemme tell you, its wild how easy it is to find women when youre good at something that you enjoy and they get to see that. also translated well to online dating, found my last 2 girlfriends while gaming where id say the ratio of guys to girls is probably worse than tinder (one playing dota and another in a twitch chat for teamfight tactics)
for the AITA. definitely could be cute if the dates are going as well as he claims. if theyre like a future long term couple or marry this is the story shell always tell her girlfriends and family how they got together. but lets be real, dude misread the dates. RIP

Im so happy my best friend will crush the fuck out of me if i am doing something wrong. I return the favor. It helps keep us more in line with the normal. The flowers would have gone significantly better if they had a previous relationship prior to the dates. That being said, i 100% agree with destiny, if you are at someone elses house, always ask if you are using their things or coming over. A simple "hey is it okay if i drop off a little thank you/appreciation gift" or simply not do it after 4 days would be significantly better. It gives you the opportunity to actually give the gift without violating boundaries. Delivery would of been better but the flowers being there at the door, definitely had a secondary intention as a "hey she is dating other dudes!" Just incase homie #2 was brought home. If you could prove that was an intended goal, you definitely dont see them again. That's moderately possessive. It sucks that i can reasonably understand most of this but fucking suck at this irl 😂 i mean maybe not that bad. I am decent enough to get in the door but not good enough to stay (divorced 😂). He could say that this was the only option she had that required the beach and time zone she wanted, but he's arguing that she wanted to be there, she wanted to go to the United States, it wasn't him, it was her...
All I know is, if you have a first date with a woman and it goes really well, sending flowers to their work the next day is a winner 9/10, 1/2 of the time.
I have no idea how I'm only just learning that Bowblax had such hatred for Destiny. I predict JesseOnFire will go down the same road... he fkin HATES Destiny now lol
Maybe I'm just old or something, but I don't actually get dating multiple either. It's always been my perspective that dating comes with the intention of 1) mutual interest 2) the notion of furthering that mutal interest into romantic realtionship. Perhaps the first few dates you could test the waters to gauge your interest, but adding in other people between that is very confusing to me.

The AITA post I intially thought surely they must have known eachother for a couple weeks.. then hearing they only knew and dated eachother for those 4 days really put me off... then the flower thing, especially showing up "Unannounced!" Is really bad
so getting flowers is bad?
@@tonypringles2285 that's not what he said and you know that
@@tonypringles2285 yeah. Bringing flowers to a third date is already a bit much, but personally dropping them off in front of their house is stalker tier
@@How_to_Pronounce well idk if bringing flowers to a third date is a bit much. thats fine. i think it depends on how many flowers, like one or two would be fine, maybe not a whole bouquet or potted flower

normal. Sometimes slow.
I'm way more into this AITA post than whoever the fuck bowblax is

Regardless of how much a community can hate destiny, i'm surprised that miniminuteman got hate for that podcast, i personally thought it was amazing, just 3 smart individuals exchanging thoughts without much controversy. Really bizarre to imagine that people watched it and all they got was "GenOCIdE DefEnDer NWorD UseR", i can't even put into words how illogical it is for them to say that, very weird
His commenting fans are all TikTokers they are BRAINDEAD
Bowblax? More like Blowsblacks
"You ruined my life" "I don't even know who you are..." vibes
Destiny is so gross for this. He cares more about paying lower taxes than making quality content with Lily >:(
The craziest part is that this is like half of the dms. The rest got leaked last night and they are somehow even worse. This guy needs to be institutionalized.

Everyone knows the rules. When you're at the zoo. don't touch the animals, definitely don't fuck the animals, and definitely definitely don't enter the exhibit; this is how you become the thing on display. Thanks bowblax for proving the truth once again.
A lot of people that disagree with destiny are fans That just dont agree with him on a certain percentage of stuff. I enjoy his content. I watch him often I only agree with maybe about 50% of his beliefs. I think this is pretty common.
Conservative or tankie or centrists?
@@MrDotWilson probaby closer to center I guess mixed views from allover the spectrum. Dont really identify with a side so much as positions I care about. Think there are alot of people with diffrent viewpoints that enjoy destiny's content without agreeing with him.
@@Dave-sc2ey ok there is somethong deeply wrong with the veiw that the only way to dissagree with someones perscritive positions on laws or structure of society is to be misinformed, how you want things to be run or what you want made illegal can shift drastically with the same info based on what you value and how you rank those values. I value housing more than he does, I value customs more than he does, I value ukrain more than he does, and I value isreal more than he does.
That’s how it should be. If you agree with 100% of someone’s takes, you’d be in a cult.
Same
I totally forgot he debated Destiny lol
It's not that this woman was uncomfortable, it was this man was crossing a boundary and he violated her, It's not that this man was acting upon his attraction through her by expressing his emotions, it's he was he's a pick me or obssesive. These are things noted from thereddit post btw.
Agreed I just think it’s irresponsible to even allow a guy into your home unless you really really like him when I just lived with one other girl housemate I didn’t do that until I was really sure I liked someone because that’s a very vulnerable situation idk

I have never heard of this Bublox. However, it's good to know that Destiny apparently destroyed this guy so hard in a debate that he only thinks of Steven now, everyday.
The real red flag is that this all went down and this guy went to plead his case to random internet trolls, then when they didn’t validate everything he did was ok, and that this girl overreacted - he went on to end it, which is an indication something more serious was happening below the surface.
Anyone would feel terrible and seek validation after something like this.
@@mrguermo1 Not always true, however, regardless choosing the internet as the place to do it is dumb…
@@MLGFinit0 This is not it, a major part of any conflict resolution is to seek out some form of validation, especially emotional validation. Seeking validation is an important way to facilitate constructive dialogue and alows for better resolutions of disagreements. When the people surrounding you provide one form of validation, but no cinstructive dialogue it's not uncommon to seek it out from others even if it is online.
@@liamnerson257 I agree with everything you said up until the last part. I've heard about this Bowblax guy for weeks and had no idea he ever intersected with Destiny before. Hm, but if Deorio highlights Destiny as someone Commentary Enemy No. 1 Bowblax is attacking, maybe that's auspicious for the reception of the 1/6 manifesto.

yeah but going on dates with two seperate people is super bitch behaviour
Honestly, it’s stories like that. Am I the asshole story that really confirms my practice to not ever give anybody surprise gifts. I’m the type of person to ask somebody what they want because I’m terrified of getting somebody a gift gift only to find out that they hated it. I don’t care if it gets rid of the spontaneity I want to get you a gift that you actually like and I don’t wanna have to do a bunch of guest work. That’s why I wish it was more acceptable to just give people money as a gift that way they can get whatever they want.
respect my fellow autist
for the finding women male spaces thing: one true thing from some dating coaches is that you have to better yourself so you can find women. find hobbies that make you happy, not only that you have something youre passionate about and can talk about during dates and chats, but also that you have no issue persuing these hobbies and meeting women while coming off as creepy. maybe get 2 or 3 hobbies and have a dedicated hobby where you limit yourself from trying to date the women there, so you learn how to interact with them naturally without coming off as needy.
ive been doing volleyball my whole life and after moving for college switched from a normal male league club to a mixed hobby club. lemme tell you, its wild how easy it is to find women when youre good at something that you enjoy and they get to see that. also translated well to online dating, found my last 2 girlfriends while gaming where id say the ratio of guys to girls is probably worse than tinder (one playing dota and another in a twitch chat for teamfight tactics)
for the AITA. definitely could be cute if the dates are going as well as he claims. if theyre like a future long term couple or marry this is the story shell always tell her girlfriends and family how they got together. but lets be real, dude misread the dates. RIP
Absolutely losing my shit at the guy reading the texts out loud

good thing i watched this vid before spending my chicken nuggie allowance on some flowers
Yeah no, this is a ultra fucked reading of his situation lol
To be completely honest the guy seams like he has a problem, that's not normal behaviour
As a fellow 30 yearold, he definitely knew better.
This nic guy perfectly said the misspelled texts lmao "Desitiny"
"... that's ver, very, very scary".
I think you might be overselling the danger here. He was clumsy and should have known better especially at his age but when she made clear she wasn't interested he stopped and then wrote an entire page about his concerns over his own behaviour. Not exactly Ted Bundy. Chill.
It's weird that he used Malena as the reason he moved, but when they split, he said that Malena didn't want to live in the United States to begin with.
He could say that this was the only option she had that required the beach and time zone she wanted, but he's arguing that she wanted to be there, she wanted to go to the United States, it wasn't him, it was her...
shoutout papa gut man
All I know is, if you have a first date with a woman and it goes really well, sending flowers to their work the next day is a winner 9/10, 1/2 of the time.
This is kind of sad and definitely concerning.

I have no idea how I'm only just learning that Bowblax had such hatred for Destiny. I predict JesseOnFire will go down the same road... he fkin HATES Destiny now lol
If ur gonna send flowers like that at least use a delivery service.
17:58 it’s wild people have to be told this shit
Going on first or second dates with multiple people concurrently just feels weird to me, especially when "dating with intention".
