I'm a simple man really, when Kseny speaks I listen. Honestly a great routine along with all the others, always a pleasure following along. Practicing these movements seem to always make so much sense. Thank you. The love/attention to my back, legs, arms, and all of the circle movements are wonderful. This is one of my favorites. It also benefits my belly dance routine. There is a lot of transferrable movements but with Qi Gong there is more awareness.

Kseny, where do you come up with all these exercises? It seems like every time I watch one of your videos you have new exercises I haven't seen before. Is someone teaching you all of these, or do you have a manual for them? Do you have them all memorized by heart from years past? Do you invent some of them?

one of my favorite vids. pelvic rotation seems pretty crucial i've not seen it included in other kseny sequences...that movement is the basis of Soca dancing 😉

This was a incredible healer today! I've been waking with a lot of shoulder stiffness (I believe I have shoulder tendonitis) and upper back stiffness. As an amateur adult ballet dancer I'm also generally stiff. This will now be my go to warm up before beginning class. Love you videos so much! And thank you for filming in what look like a cold environment. With gratitude.
