The tackle reviews are awesome, and the gear tips for using the baits are helpful. Please test the Teckel kicknocker, and the new TG Jackhammers.

@@JohnCrews right, it's a great lure and tons fishing that deal, but at about 2:20 in the video you mention Edwin Evers doing a show on the dark sleeper, and said correct you if you're wrong... I recall a video on Wired2Fish of Zaldain and the dark sleeper is all

Greg Thompson Since that Evers show, CZ has done HUGE things for that and other baits for Megabass. Most tackle shops tell me that was what started the Dark Sleeper craze. CZ does deserve a ton of credit

Oliver Ngy deserves most of the credit for putting this bait on the map in the states. Check out the Big Bass Dreams channel and you'll see why I say that.

That wp tip is gold- I've been having issues with my wp75 turning over on it's side as I retrieve it every since I got it- now I finally know why. I haven't been keeping my line up off the water- I had tried everything and had about decided that since I bull's eyed a cement drain with it on the first cast maybe I had damaged it- but I couldn't see anything wrong with it. The 75 and the 60 seem like the finesse versions but- imo the 90 is the real finesse plopper. I say that because each plopper has a certain speed where they stop sounding like a buzz bait and start plopping- that's the speed they're intended to be retrieved at. The 90 has the slowest speed of all of them and makes the softest plops- so imo it's the finesse version. I've caught tons of bass on it - probably more than on any other size. The 75 I have the most luck on fishing it like a popper- I just twitch it and make the tail plop once or twice and then let it sit- they tear it up. Never had much luck on the 130, that thing is huge and makes a ton of commotion.

I would like you to check put cyc lures football jig and skip flip jigs. They would be good ones to test. Trokar hooks and the skirt is half living rubber and half silicon. Great video John. 👊🏻

John, I just started watching your channel - I am impressed with your ability to explain things at my level. Any thoughts on comparing the baits you use during your tackle tests against ones that you have in your line up at Missile baits? For instance, how does the Missile D-Bomb compare to the new Spicy Beaver for flipping in milfoil, etc? I would really like to see a comparison video like that if you haven't done so already?
