For once I'm beginning to be worried Dr. I have been hopeful all this time. But my partner and I will be trying this December after a successful reversal, AMH increase from .416 to .575, and my D25 is 43 and counting but I never remember a video so indept of the FSH to AMH. My FSH as of August is at 9.9. It rose from 4.6 just last year. So I would love to get more of an understanding about FSH. I'm back to the drawing board 🤦🏽♀️

What I learned is that AMH is not always accurate or it fluctuates? My last result 4 years after my first was somehow my best. And I also got fewer eggs retrieved on my cycle with the best AMH than the previous one.

Omg thank you very much Dr Marc ❤️ Last month I watched your ‘How to tell if you’re fertile’ so finally I knew what hormones to test, as so far was trying to guess by watching so many videos and reading info on internet, because unfortunately the traditional doctors do not tell you everything! I live in the UK and surprisingly it’s not actually that easy to do a blood test privately of the hormones that you’re interested in! But luckily I found one clinic and they do blood tests on Wednesdays and Saturdays, so I was praying that my period will fall around those days so I can test the hormones!! And this month it happened 🙏 I tested them last Saturday which was 4th day of my cycle and after I got my results I was looking for your videos to see what should be the healthy results. I found some videos from before and today to my surprise you uploaded this video!! Thank you very much ❤️ I’m 38 years old and I have the stage 4 endometriosis, last year summer I had the laparoscopy which was successful, however to my surprise I was still in a serious pain after that!! So I have decided to change my lifestyle, so I started to learn more about it and made some changes. In January I went to a different doctor , just to check if my condition is really that bad. The doctor told me that I have 2% of a chance of getting pregnant and ideally I should get a donor egg. So to me these were shocking news and both my husband and I felt devastated. Hormones seemed good FSH/AMH were good when bloods were done around 18 months ago. Husband had sperm count/health checked and results were good too. Am C-A I can feel your pain and I am in the same situation. Don't be discouraged by your doctor's advice a woman can get pregnant at any age as long as she keeps her body healthy so her eggs! You can take coq10 or Ubiquinol for egg quality b6 50mg, b complex, zinx, frolic acid or folate. After ovulation try to consume pinaple not too much, please do research. Avoid sugar, ready to drink juices, wheat, caffeine, soda drinks, dairy products, If you can try to eat organic fruits and vegetables. I am 43 I will be 44 in November. I had these tests done February of this year. My amh levels 2.17 I have 7 follicles on the right and 5 on the left in February the fertility doctor said that they do not do FSH test because they do not think they're liable. So what test can I have done that will say the quality of my eggs which I think that the quality of my eggs are not so good due to I'm still not pregnant I have no other problems all other tests came back normal I have a normal menstrual cycle darn right to the day I know when I'm going to have my menstrual and I last about 3 to 4 days every month of my menstrual.

I can totally understand your frustration but you have to trust your doctors and have patience like me and many others. Did you get your follicle study done? Are you sure that your eggs are being formed.
I have been TTC since January, I'm 40. I got checked out and they told me everything is very good considering my age. However they did find that I had some polyps and I will need surgery. Will I have good chance to get pregnant once these are removed? Thanks
My FSH is 13.8 and AMH is .48. Other hormones tested were normal. I had a full panel based off everything you recommended in many other videos plus some from other fertility specialists on here. Can these numbers change based off extreme stress levels, increase quality supplements, and making healthier life style choices: eating, yoga, mediating. I was heart broken seeing these numbers. I only just turned 35. I did ask for a retest.

Look thru Dr.Sklar's videos, the title may have castor oil packs for fertility and he'll tell you about chinese teas and the castor oil packs for that. Myself I found videos about taking serrapeptase and Chinese teas with castor oil packs to dissolve the blockages. Try Amazon for the Dr's Best serrapeptase, read the reviews and you'll be motivated to try it 😉
35yo, No fsh yet. Amh 8.8 ng/ml. My tsh is actually .32 though. So I think that is a factor. Been getting it regulated for a year now. Just made it in range. 😢

Hi Dr. Sklar, I was diagnosed with severely diminished ovarian reserve. I am 38 and going to be 39 next month, and I am pretty fearful of what's to come. I have had in my opinion 2 failed IVF cycles, the first one I got 1 immature egg and later found that it matured on day 2. I have that on Ice until my PGT testing is complete. my doctor took the most aggressive approach with me, and not thinking about it I should have done a mini IVF cycle to see how my body would have responded first. I recently had my second where the egg was just a shell. I am taking a break I will probably resume again in March of 2023 but it doesn't seem like I am going to respond since the harsher medications/injections did not work. I am taking my prenatal vitamins, vitamin D3, Zinc, DHEA, folate, B12, ubiquinol, and omega -3 I was taking OVABoost, but I am not sure was been working. I have been taking these supplements for over 90 days. Please help.

In the summer 2019 AMH 0.67 March 2020; 1.0, summer 2020; 0,67. In the spring 2020 I was having ubiquinone- did that make the difference? I'm just turning 38. I'm heading to IVF this spring. I was tested in 2018. My FSH was 7.62 and my AMH was 1.32 and I was 36 years old. My egg retrieval score was 7.

Great information! I’m 42 (43 in a few months). My FSH 7.0, Estradiol 59.3 and my AMH is 2.58. Both taken two cycles ago. This gives me hope!

FSH is 6.3, AMH is 4.6 and LH 5.9, had my 1st FIV with 7 eggs all immature, but why ? I have 31 years, 84kg and 1.6 tall.

I did not check all of my hormones in January and definitely not in the right time of the cycle but I did the AMH test and back then the results were 0,882 ng/mL and last Saturdays results were AMH 1.33 ng/mL so there is a progress 🙏 and I’m so happy!! The rest unfortunately I can’t compare to any previous ones, but here they are FSH 13.9 IU/L, LH 9.2 IU/L, Estradiol 217 pmol/L. Hopefully this is not so bad 🙏

My amh levels 2.17 I have 7 follicles on the right and 5 on the left in February the fertility doctor said that they do not do FSH test because they do not think they're liable. I have been TTC since January, I'm 40. I got checked out and they told me everything is very good considering my age. However they did find that I had some polyps and I will need surgery. Will I have good chance to get pregnant once these are removed? Thanks

My FSH is 13.8 and AMH is .48. Other hormones tested were normal. I had a full panel based off everything you recommended in many other videos plus some from other fertility specialists on here. Can these numbers change based off extreme stress levels, increase quality supplements, and making healthier life style choices: eating, yoga, mediating. I was heart broken seeing these numbers. I only just turned 35. I did ask for a retest.

Hi Dr. Sklar, I was diagnosed with severely diminished ovarian reserve. I am 38 and going to be 39 next month, and I am pretty fearful of what's to come. I have had in my opinion 2 failed IVF cycles, the first one I got 1 immature egg and later found that it matured on day 2. I have that on Ice until my PGT testing is complete. my doctor took the most aggressive approach with me, and not thinking about it I should have done a mini IVF cycle to see how my body would have responded first. I recently had my second where the egg was just a shell.
I am taking a break I will probably resume again in March of 2023 but it doesn't seem like I am going to respond since the harsher medications/injections did not work. I am taking my prenatal vitamins, vitamin D3, Zinc, DHEA, folate, B12, ubiquinol, and omega -3 I was taking OVABoost, but I am not sure was been working.
