Garlic Bread and Chicken Parmesan Sandwich | BEST CHICKEN SANDWICH EVER |

Roasted Garlic and parmesan butter:
- 50g butter
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp basil
- chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 2 tblspn parmesan cheese
- 1 whole roasted garlic
- salt
Chicken marination:
- 1 tblspn chilli flakes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tblspn paprika
- 1 tblspn garlic powder
- olive oil
Tomato sauce:
- Chop some onion and garlic
- Saute in some oil and butter till it gets some
- Then add pickled red chilli and tomato paste to it and cook it out so the bitterness goes away
- Add tomato puree and cook for 5 minutes
- Add basil
- Add cream and cook for another 5 minutes
Chicken quoting:
- Place flour, eggs and breadcrumb in separate bowls
- Season the flour with salt, paprika and garlic powder
- Season the breadcrumbs with parmesan cheese
- Dip the chicken in flour first, followed by egg and then the breadcrumbs
- Finally shallow fry the chicken
Making the sandwich:
- Spread the garlic butter on the bread and bake in the oven at 200 C for 5-10 minutes
- Spread the tomato sauce on the fried chicken followed by some mozzarella cheese and place in the oven till the cheese is melted
- FINALLY, assemble the sandwich
