Jane Doe claimed she came out with her story recently, because she discovered new girls were still being groomed, including paying for their private apartments. There are audio tapes and emails (including an email sent by Bickle to Doe's husband) available. Clearly, the board didn't suddenly distance themselves from Bickle , saying he is permanently out, for nothing. His story is falling apart. Nobody wants to run cover for him anymore. Many Women are so fickled. Not all but many women are hormonal. It always takes both the man and the woman to sin. Unless someone was raped. I wonder why they aren’t looking at the women. This ministry has blessed me tremendously! Was a game changer for me and my family! My daughter lived there for a few years and also worked at the coffee shop at the prayer room. I will FOREVER be grateful for the greatness and good things that I knew IHOP-KC has done. Yes indeed we are saddened, but we are also mature enough to know that any outstanding ministry will have it's fair share of subtle yet very dangerous attacks. That is why intercessors are a key element in such ministry: they are a tremendous shielding force when they know their Divine duties. We are also aware of a Jezebel and a Delilah spirit that follow closely on the heels of anointed ministry; they must never be taken lightly, they have crashed many Samson's and scuttled many Elijah's in our midst. I have no words. I love ihop kc did an internship their and have been directly affected. I am so sad. And lost. I keep telling myself why, what , were, and how. And i know their will be time before answers come. I understand we are followers of God not men or women. But have built my view of intimacy, a bride and bridegroom prospective, and how i apoach every relationship in my life to teachings i recived at ihop kc. They have been hard standards to uphold yes. But i have come to where im ok with it just being me and God. I have chosen to hold onto that. But it hurts more then i can describe. It makes the pain of my strugles that much harder. In seperating myself from the world and many others. I know i chose how i live but it hurts still. Please let all this be false accusations. I understand if something happened years and years ago. I have NO stones to cast... The Word says , Jesus did not entrust Himself to them because He knew what was in ALL men; David fell into adultery, murder and deceit and did NOT confess or repent until confronted by the prophet Nathan, and even today we say that "David was a man after God's own heart." I am very very very saddened by these words I have Loved Mike Bickles teachings for years and assumed he lived the life he preached but apparently he has faltered in some areas I have sins too but will press onto the Spirit to live a pure holy life of Right Love for Jesus and others
I believe that some people who were at IHOP worked 50, 60, sometimes 70 hrs a week. When people burn the candle at both ends, they get burned out. I am not only praying for those who are still at IHOPKC, but encourage people there to take care of yourself mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. If people do not take care of themselves, they become targets for the enemy. I pray that you can find a permanent Director for IHOP-KC, a Godly man who loves the Lord and is committed to praying for the nations, praying for the Church, and praying for the people of Kansas City.
I am so sorry to hear all this. It sounds like it is being handled in the appropriate manner. Not enough can be said for, "dying to the flesh" and being cognizant of the snares of the devil. May something good come out of all this as your good work for the Lord should continue and that God be glorified and souls be saved.

I would imagine that there has been 24/7 prayer and praise going on for decades, through the church worldwide. When we are sleeping here, the Christians in China are praying and worshiping. Millions all around the globe 24/7 somewhere on earth. We don't need ihopkc to do what is already forever being done.
What a thing to tell us all two days before Christmas. I dislike the way the entire situation has been handled from start to now. It makes me want to move away from ihop where I once thought God was at the center.
May we find comfort in our faith, draw strength from one another, and move forward with love, grace, and determination. Was Stuart resigning because there is allegations to him or because he felt remorse for how he handled this? Genuine question… not here to bash or hear anyone’s boasting just answer the question with humility if you could please?
I honestly don't think it's either of those choices, however I do not know them personally, or have any additional knowledge than the public has. I would like to add the choice that he possibly stepped down because he doesn't agree with the full removal of Mike, or doesn't agree with the direction that IHOPKC is positioned to go in. No matter the reason, I continue to pray for all involved, but more earnestly pray that God would be glorified in the truth.
I agree. I think he doesn't agree with how it's being handled. And quite possibly it's a set up to Mike in general. Do we not have wolves in the church set to destroy God's people. We are naive if we don't think so.
With this finding I honestly have no idea how anyone could feel that Mike was treated unfairly. Whenever you have an independent investigator basically convict you of wrong doing, there is no wiggle room. Now, if this is something squarely on the fact of what was don’t 20+ years ago that is one thing but if the issues went on decades then you have a problem.
We repent for these sins and trust that God still has a great plan for IHOP! It will go on better and stronger than ever before. God's hand is still on Mike and his family! We will continue to love and focus on Jesus!

It didn't need to be this way, proud of those who keep the pressure on so that it would not have been swept under the carpet the last few years but sure sounds as if gross conduct has been going on for years. From the beginning iHop has asked for a focus on fasting, prayer and resistance to gossip. Good start and thus far the comms have bee good. This, however, is concerning. Combining Stuart's departure along with permanent disconnection with Mike is wrong. It makes people gossip and leaving this out there is irresponsible. I have been a part of different houses of prayer for the last decade or so and love the things God has been doing. I will continue to do as asked but this announcement does not make this easy and for those less connected to the church, impossible.

I know for a fact the holy Spirit lived at IHOP and I will take that to my grave. Myself and my whole entire family has been impacted greatly by the holy Spirit the times we visited and lived there. Regardless of the allegations are true or false we must remember something that no one is even talking about. And that's all the young adults and youth and children that were touched by God at IHOP KC. We must keep them in our prayers so that Satan won't come in and convince people that they were not ever touched by God there. This is such a perfect time for Satan to really move in and divide tear down and conquer. As a church we must stand by the church. Not standing by just Mike or not standing by just the victims but standing by the body of Christ. Gossip about this must be ceased and repented if done so. The holy Spirit, Jesus Christ start at IHOP KC and was definitely there when I attended. Satan has found a way to creep in in a time where the me too movement is large. So regardless if the allegations are true or false we must really see what's going on here. And remember any of us convened next and fall.
Gossip and criticism is a heart declaration that says “If I walked in their shoes, I could have done a much better job and would have Never made thw mistakes that these men if God made”. If you dont Repent, God is going to give you the opportunity to test you by giving you all the same pressures, weighty concerns, along with all the high ranking oppressive demons assigned to high ranking ministers and ministries on a international level. REPENT before its too late and you find yourself in the same position of the people you criticized.

God is always faithful to His word and will. We can do ministry, but not know Jesus. God is always faithful to His name. That is why some will be surprised, when meeting Jesus. But we prophesied in your name, heal sick in your name, etc. But that Jesus would say, I don't know you. That shows that even despite sin and bad behavior, God is still faithful.
This has been handled poorly from day one. I’m sick to my stomach at what was happening in a church that has had a major impact on my life. But I am embarrassed by all the lawyering up and maneuverings - This move should have happened much earlier.
I'm intensely saddened and disappointed that IHOP showed itself no different than other religious organizations in that it could not find within itself enough of the grace of Jesus Christ to partner with Him for His heart's desire "that they would be one."
If there’s a mishandling of a certain sensible issue, I can understand Stuart’s resignation, but “permanently” distancing from Mike while “details are being vetted” seems like a premature move.
Well those that served some for 20 years and given faithfully deserve to know. Not the gritty for who would want that. Just how long it's gone on and who, and if charges need to be laid.

I have no words. I love ihop kc did an internship their and have been directly affected. I am so sad. And lost. I keep telling myself why, what , were, and how. And i know their will be time before answers come. I understand we are followers of God not men or women. But have built my view of intimacy, a bride and bridegroom prospective, and how i apoach every relationship in my life to teachings i recived at ihop kc. They have been hard standards to uphold yes. But i have come to where im ok with it just being me and God. I have chosen to hold onto that. But it hurts more then i can describe. It makes the pain of my strugles that much harder. In seperating myself from the world and many others. I know i chose how i live but it hurts still. Please let all this be false accusations. I understand if something happened years and years ago. Forgiveness is always on the cards. And though i forgive the pain i have faced i still desperately pray for understanding. Thank you and God bless.

I believe that some people who were at IHOP worked 50, 60, sometimes 70 hrs a week. When people burn the candle at both ends, they get burned out. I am not only praying for those who are still at IHOPKC, but encourage people there to take care of yourself mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. If people do not take care of themselves, they become targets for the enemy. I pray that you can find a permanent Director for IHOP-KC, a Godly man who loves the Lord and is committed to praying for the nations, praying for the Church, and praying for the people of Kansas City.

What a thing to tell us all two days before Christmas. I dislike the way the entire situation has been handled from start to now. It makes me want to move away from ihop where I once thought God was at the center.

Was Stuart resigning because there is allegations to him or because he felt remorse for how he handled this? Genuine question… not here to bash or hear anyone’s boasting just answer the question with humility if you could please?
I honestly don't think it's either of those choices, however I do not know them personally, or have any additional knowledge than the public has. I would like to add the choice that he possibly stepped down because he doesn't agree with the full removal of Mike, or doesn't agree with the direction that IHOPKC is positioned to go in. No matter the reason, I continue to pray for all involved, but more earnestly pray that God would be glorified in the truth.
I agree. I think he doesn't agree with how it's being handled. And quite possibly it's a set up to Mike in general. Do we not have wolves in the church set to destroy God's people. We are naive if we don't think so.
With this finding I honestly have no idea how anyone could feel that Mike was treated unfairly. Whenever you have an independent investigator basically convict you of wrong doing, there is no wiggle room. Now, if this is something squarely on the fact of what was don’t 20+ years ago that is one thing but if the issues went on decades then you have a problem.
We repent for these sins and trust that God still has a great plan for IHOP! It will go on better and stronger than ever before.

This is so heartbreaking in so many ways as many have stated. I wonder why this had to be public after so many years. What happened to the people who jumped on the wagon then wouldn't speak? From the beginning iHop has asked for a focus on fasting, prayer and resistance to gossip. Good start and thus far the comms have bee good. This, however, is concerning. Combining Stuart's departure along with permanent disconnection with Mike is wrong. It makes people gossip and leaving this out there is irresponsible. I have been a part of different houses of prayer for the last decade or so and love the things God has been doing. I will continue to do as asked but this announcement does not make this easy and for those less connected to the church, impossible.

I know for a fact the holy Spirit lived at IHOP and I will take that to my grave. Myself and my whole entire family has been impacted greatly by the holy Spirit the times we visited and lived there. Regardless of the allegations are true or false we must remember something that no one is even talking about. And that's all the young adults and youth and children that were touched by God at IHOP KC. We must keep them in our prayers so that Satan won't come in and convince people that they were not ever touched by God there. This is such a perfect time for Satan to really move in and divide tear down and conquer. As a church we must stand by the church. Not standing by just Mike or not standing by just the victims but standing by the body of Christ. Gossip about this must be ceased and repented if done so. The holy Spirit, Jesus Christ start at IHOP KC and was definitely there when I attended. Satan has found a way to creep in in a time where the me too movement is large. So regardless if the allegations are true or false we must really see what's going on here. And remember any of us convened next and fall.

God is always faithful to His word and will. We can do ministry, but not know Jesus. God is always faithful to His name. That is why some will be surprised, when meeting Jesus. But we prophesied in your name, heal sick in your name, etc. But that Jesus would say, I don't know you. That shows that even despite sin and bad behavior, God is still faithful.

This has been handled poorly from day one. I’m sick to my stomach at what was happening in a church that has had a major impact on my life. But I am embarrassed by all the lawyering up and maneuverings - This move should have happened much earlier.
I'm intensely saddened and disappointed that IHOP showed itself no different than other religious organizations in that it could not find within itself enough of the grace of Jesus Christ to partner with Him for His heart's desire "that they would be one."
If there’s a mishandling of a certain sensible issue, I can understand Stuart’s resignation, but “permanently” distancing from Mike while “details are being vetted” seems like a premature move.
"Permanently" is an indication of the severity of new information that's been confirmed.
