I was able to finished my cardio as I watched your whole video on my walking pad lol 🤣 is amazing 30 min of youtube watching at a reasonable speed helped me finished my 10,000 steps 4,000 steps in 30 min not bad. Love the videos thanks for the daily uploads it helps me be consistent and accountable with my workouts

Lifting has improved my confidence in all things. I was pretty anxious before, but the consistency of my routine is doing wonders for my mental health.
I have been going to the gym every day for 2 months and I’m seeing a lot of progress but I just relized that I have never really have had a rest day it’s just if my upper body is tired I do legs and vise versa. I think I should take one
You can't get into something thinking about the result of it, you need to focus on what you're doing to do your best. Let the result be what it may. If you do the best you can do, you'll get the best result you can get. But, for that, you need to put your focus in the present, not in possible futures. That's how you do it.
Everyone’s situation is different. Age, fitness level etc..telling those who are sedentary to go to the gym everyday could be discouraging or overwhelming. Got to ease into it.
Think at the start he's trying to say it's all in the head....which it most definitely is, just takes a while in life to truly understand and accept that, takes even longer to get the truths to absolute quality not quantity, he's way ahead of me when i was his age though, respect 👍 love he's on the absolute truth path.

So I took a brake from Sam’s videos once he started the bulk, I got into his videos during the cut because I was trying to cut weight at the time and his videos would be perfect to watch during cardio. I’ve been busier recently and haven’t had the time to watch his videos, but the other day I say him flexing after an arm workout and hooooooooly moly the bulk is WORKING. His arms are HUGE, keep it up bud
No this does not mean I’m slacking on my cardio, I’m doing a different form of cardio now which doesn’t allow me to be in one place for a long period of time.
My birthday was on the 7 and well let's just say my dedication is strong all.i did was get my food groceries and did triceps and biceps didn't won't to go anywhere but too the weights .my forearm is still.messed up I'm taping up.my left arm just to curl light weight but just can't stop curling I can't do hammers it truly kills me not being able to fully do biceps 😫
He pointed to us at the end of the video butI can say "yeah I actually *did* my cardio today. Bicycled to church and back and given the hills in WV, I get a good workout ouf of this
