I will never buy another "split bridge" guitar. I owned two split-bridge Takemines, the GJ72CE-12NAT and the GJ72CE-BSB. The third string on BOTH guitars had less pronounced volume than the rest of the strings. Even after obtaining a new bridge set from Takemine and replacing the set on the GJ72CE-BSB and the GJ72CE-12NAT, the problem still existed. I don't know the issue, but even the tech from where the guitars were purchased was baffled. I am saving up for what I should have waited for from the start, and that is replacing my stolen EF341C. Now, THAT, was a guitar! No more split bridge Takis or any other brand for me.
Nothing beats a Takamine. Stays in tune forever!! ❤
