Listen to the audience reaction at song's end. Why such negativity among some viewer comments here? What band on the surface of the earth after 50+ years hasn't gone thru change? Chicago happened to benefit from a great deal of continuity for some time until recently. I was aiming to showcase the legendary horn section in this piece. Extraordinary band -- however you wish to measure it.

So glad I got to see Chicago in September. Keith Howland left the band last week and was replaced by Peter Cetera's lead guitarist from his last solo tour in 2018. I hope Keith is not ill. The weight gain does not look normal. More like steroid bloat.

@@chriscianciolo5823 I was front row center at the CA concert I saw on Sept. 8, 2021. They kept throwing me their guitar picks and I caught Keith Howland and Robert Lamm's (he played guitar on Beginnings). I could see Keith was struggling and sweating a lot at the beginning of the concert. I am not surprised Keith left the band a couple months later. Keith had the same kind of bloat like Norm Macdonald after 2012 (he was rail thin his entire life before that). I hope I am completely wrong and it was just my imagination.

I haven't been to a Chicago show in years and I'm not overly familiar with the more recent lineups, but I like how that drummer tips his hat of Danny Seraphine especially with the hi-hat accents. I liked Tris just fine, but he seemed to streamline Danny's more intricate drum arrangements whereas this fellow, Walfredo Reyes Jr., seems to be restoring some of the cool complexity which made Chicago's drum sound distinctive.

I am such a big Chicago fan, from the very beginning...but, I'm sorry, I can't take listening to or watching that lead singer...The other guys are working and playing their hearts out.. This guy looks and acts and sounds like a Las Vegas style, tenor crooner, who just happens to be able to hit most of the notes. I feel for the rest of the band.

The band chose this guy and ironically when Cetera joined the band he asked to hold the microphone 🎤 but the band said "No, you gotta play something ".Others got to do what Cetera first asked for. That's very weird to do it now.

@@gregoryleo4640 At this point it really doesn't matter who's better than who , who's worse than who or who the singer is now. Chicago has no more hits, new songs that won't get played on the radio. Just a touring band. After Cetera and Scheff who both had radio hits and exposure. It's get like movie sequels . After the 2nd movie every move doesn't stir curiosity, excitement or buzz. Lou Pardini who came after Champlin is gone. But Donny Dacus who co_sings the 1978 "Alive Again" got exposure because he succeeded Kath. Then Champlin came later he had more hits but didn't replace Kath on guitar , he just sang Kaths tunes then Lou Pardoni comes in he had absolutely NO HITS and how he ended up singing "Call on me" well, I won't I don't know. But after a while. It just doesn't matter anymore. The identity of a band gets less consistent especially after 50 yrs.

Now of course, back in the day when Cetera was in the band they couldn't be beat. Unless Cetera was trying to be all cutsie and butcher the song with inappropriate adlibs. That's my whole point, Leonid and friends, are in studio but their still doing a live performance. So they are trying to do as close as possible to how the original studio version was done. And that's what people want to hear, and that's why Leonid and friends are so popular because their true to the original recordings.
