Hi! Congratulations on getting to workout #5! Day 6 will be released this Wednesday and Day 7 will go up on Friday. Have a great workout! Let me know how you do and which days you liked the best. Thanks!
@@janetfromanotherplanet6900 Thanks for your feedback! Day 7 is all cardio as well. I am so happy to hear your mood has improved...exercise does wonderful things for our mental health:) Have a great day, Janet!
I love this program! I am 78 years old and am trying to stay as limber as I can. I watched my elderly father just sit down and not move. I am determined not to do that myself. I do leg and arm stretches for 15-30 minutes on my bed each morning before getting out of bed. That helps a little but doesn’t really do much for the overall body workout that your sessions do! Thank you! My goal is to also walk 30-45 minutes on days that I feel I need a rest from these workouts! Again, thank you so much for sharing these reasonable Can-do exercises!
Hi! I LOVE that you are taking care of your health and understand the need to keep moving (in order to continue moving!). I work with seniors and it definitely saddens me to see so many people in their 60's already deteriorating physically because they don't exercise. There is no need for that to happen. I love that you combine stretching, walking and these workouts to provide variety in your workouts. I create 3 levels of seated and standing workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate) and categorize them all into the playlists on my YT channel. You can also find them all on my website at www.improvedhealthforseniors.com In case you haven't seen my second channel for chair workouts, I'll add it for you here: youtube.com/@ImprovedHealthChairWorkouts Welcome to my channels!
Just received the news 2and hip replacement surgery on the 14th.Sept. I don't think Bionics are allowed to cross their legs at first. Doing all your days, + 100 sit to stands & more weight training. I intend to get MUSCULAR!I love your workouts, thank you SO MUCH! Saved my life!❤
I did 35 Sit to Stands! Loved it! The time passed quickly & I'm doing them every day accepting your advice to custom to my abilities! From Sunny, warm Rio de Janeiro! ( Middle of Winter!)
I am SO glad to read that you're feeling the difference with using these workouts. Thank you for sharing that with me. In case you haven't seen my other channel dedicated to chair workouts, I'll share it here: youtube.com/@ImprovedHealthChairWorkouts
This routine really worked for me, especially the core work, always choosing to perform the most difficult options. The sense of release when my ab work is done is delicious. I've learned to "squeeze" and flex my arm muscles when working the upper body, something that I hadn't heard from others. It's demanding, but I feel as though I've moved mountains. Whatever you do, Jules, keep talking to us, it's the next best thing to having you live before us!...Anastasia
I am trying to save each workout. I'm having a problem finding them all. I'm a senior that has been laid up due to surgery. And my husband of 50 years passed away last November. So needless to say I have been in a bad mindset. I'm doing my best to pull myself out of it. Thank you so very much for your program. ❤
Hi Susan, first of all, I'm sorry to read about losing your husband of 50 years. That is a long time together, and I can imagine it hasn't been easy the past several months. I am glad to see you are doing what you can now to take care of yourself, both mentally and physically with exercise. The easiest way to find my workouts is on my website, www.improvedhealthforseniors.com I put all of my workouts from both channels onto the website and into categories to make it easier for people to find the workouts best suited to each level. I have a second UA-cam channel just for seated workouts which I'll add below, but again, likely easier with the website. youtube.com/@ImprovedHealthChairWorkouts I hope that helps!
I feel GREAT ! It is absolutely wonderful to me to follow this Seniors program ! At the beginning I was a little doubtful, but believe me, it helps my hipper blood pressure ! Thanks !
I'm so glad you're enjoying these. Just so you know, I started a new channel dedicated to chair workouts. All of these workouts will stay here, but new uploads will go to the new channel: www.youtube.com/@ImprovedHealthChairWorkouts
Thanks for sharing your progress, Kathy! In case you haven't seen my other chair channel, I'll add the link for you. I now post all of my chair workouts on the other channel: youtube.com/@ImprovedHealthChairWorkouts
I'm 72 and in a wheelchair. Your videos have been a blessing to me. I have been doing them almost a month and am on Day 5 of this class. I feel stronger and sleepbetter. Thank you .
Hi Cheryl, thanks so much for letting me know that you are enjoying these. I am planning to create a new seated series soon. I'd love to hear your feedback on what you would like to see in a new series (if you'd like to let me know:)
I like the weights for arm strength. I can't do all the leg movements but do want to strengthen my legs. Also, do you use bands? I have one and am interested in utilizing it more.
I'm sorry to read about your foot and I hope it heals quickly for you. In the meantime, I hope my workouts help. Just to help you navigate the channel, I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate) in both seated and standing workouts, and categorize them all into the playlists. Just look for 'playlists' on the main page and scroll down to where you see the seated options. I also started a second channel dedicated to chair workouts and will add the link for you here: youtube.com/@ImprovedHealthChairWorkouts I now upload all new seated workouts to the new channel. Lastly, I upload all of the workouts from both channels to my website at www.improvedhealthforseniors.com I hope that helps and I hope you enjoy more of the workouts when you try them out!

Thanks for letting me know that these ones are working for you. I'm going to add the link to my other chair channel in case I haven't shared it with you, yet: youtube.com/@ImprovedHealthChairWorkouts
Hello Jules, I've been doing quite a few of your workouts and I just noticed you had a 7 day series. I just happen to do day 5, oh well, i enjoy and appreciate al that I've done.!!! Thank you!!
Great workout today....I am so glad I joined your class, besides doing this class I do my elliptical for 50 to 55 minutes later in the morning or when the weather is good I walk for 50 to 55 minutes or more. I am going to check out your other videos also when this class is done and maybe do this one over again. I really enjoy you and the class...thank you again.....God Bless

Thank you so much for these videos. I just finished day 5. I've done a video a day, starting last Friday. This has been a God send. I'm a mom of a 30 year old, special needs son. I'm at home a lot and have let myself get over weight and inactive. These have been perfect to start my road to better health and mobility. Thank you very much for your kindness and gentle spirit.
Thank you so much, Debra. It’s often so easy to take care of others and forget our own needs. I am happy to hear you are focusing on your own health now, too. I am thrilled to hear these videos work for you. I look forward to hearing your progress as you continue!
Thanks for your response . I was paralyzed at 24 from the waist down. Was mobile after many surgeries and therapy , but due to age and health now use a wheelchair. I love the weights for upper body. I also want to strength my legs but cannot do all those exercises due to limitations . Can band edge rises help my legs?

@@ImprovedHealth wow! Your website is a wealth of information! I began looking at it in-between appointments today, and I will definitely have to return for further reading and even trying some of the activities. Rex loves jigsaw puzzles (he has one in the works constantly), and we both do a little gardening (him more than me; hot sun for a long time actually makes me physically ill), and I’m always busy with a crochet project of one kind or another. We enjoy those activities a lot, and we’re hopeful that barring any sickness or injury, they might help to keep our minds sharp .
