I saw someone use Embossed cardstock as a texture plate. And I thought about how I could paint raised area on gel plate. Ideas are flying!!! TFS! Austin TX USA

The first person I saw doing this was Jennifer McGuire, a prolific card maker, about two years ago. I remember Jennifer getting great results stamping the ink pads in a haphazard overlapping fashion.
