- Tone up and strip that body fat with 32 exercise NO REPEAT Full Body Workout again using our dumbbell and bodyweight for one quick sweaty 20 minute workout
In day 12 of Bootcamp and this one is going to be a lot of fun
The no repeat workouts are always super popular and if you haven't done one before it's pretty simple
We have 32 exercises today and we never repeat the same exercise twice.
Each exercise we will be hitting for 30 seconds on and just 10 secs rest.
It's going to be all action and no stop and trust me this format feels like it absolutely flys by in no time
Again splicing our dumbbell resistance exercises and conditioning exercises to work the muscle and work up a sweat. Building , toning and fat burning
