I recently discovered Angie’s channel it’s great. lovely to see this collaboration . I am a non Dutch speaker and when watching Angies channel I turn on the auto captions. the subtitles will automatically turn on in Dutch as well but you can switch them to English by using the cog wheel settings symbol. the auto subtitles are not perfect at translating sometimes the wrong words appear but they pick up most it correctly so I can follow along .
Great tip!! Thank you for sharing!
I loved making this video with you! I loved how the video came out. It's easy to watch and very informative! And you two are absolutely amazing people
We could not have made this video without your help and insight. Thank you so much. Without a doubt we will see each other again ❤️❤️
This is great info. I travel frequently with a cane user and info like this is so helpful.
I’m happy to hear I could provide some useful info ❤ DTN made an absolutely great video out of it 🥰
That’s great to hear. Thank you two so much ❤️
What an awesome video from 2 of my favorite youtubers!❤ It's so helpfull, although I hope I never need it, but it's super well explained!
❤️❤️❤️ thought the same thing all day. So blessed I don’t need the card. Angie did an awesome job explaining. I learned a lot that day.
Great video about the facilities in the efteling. I know angie for a while now and she did this interview amazing. I also made vlogs about the facilities of the Efteling. Just started with it, and I already get a lot of good and lovely comments from people in my channel, but also in the park.
Again, what a great video that you both made 🙂. With Good informations and you also get a good look at things what's important for people like Angie and me.
Thank you for letting us know ❤️
@DutchThemeparkNetworkNL you're welcome. There will be a lot of people who will benefit from this information. Keep up the good work 🙂.
Great video, really useful and informative, thanks for making it!
🙏 Thank you for letting us know ❤️❤️
Really love how Efteling treats its disabled guests :)
I visit many themeparks, and it is one of the best 🥰
Thank you so much for sharing this information. My wife has a hidden disability and its great that Efteling offers so much assistance.
Thank you for letting us know ❤️ You’re welcome! Do you have plans to visit Efteling?
@@DutchThemeparkNetworkNL Yes! We are here now 😁
Really useful info, very fair system by Efteling!
I visit a loooooot of themeparks and it is one of the best & fairest systems I’ve encountered. I think only Disney and maybe Parc Asterix have it beat.
Thanks for the great video! I am visiting with my non-verbal autistic son for the first time this summer. He really struggles with the queuing aspect of theme parks in terms of waiting but is able to walk. I think he will be able to cope better in queues that are moving regularly with interesting theming, are you able to suggest which rides are more suitable for the main queue and which are better using the facility card? You mentioned "The Flying Dutchman" in the video where it sounds like the main queue will be better than waiting for a long time in the concrete area without moving!
Thank you for your response. You are the guys we had in mind making this video! So good to hear you will visit this summer.
Queue wise I would say there are only two rides where it is worth the wait. Next to the Flying Dutchman (full of theme) we would recommend to do the normal queue of Symbolica. Her is a preshow you miss when you use the facility card. Be aware he must be able to walk stairs. Reading your comment I assume he can 😀.
At dreamflight you can head over to the virtual reality experience and ask to ride the actual ride. They let you up in front of the queue. The vr experience is really neat but the real deal is always better.
Enjoy your stay. If you see us in the park just say hi 👋🏻
@@DutchThemeparkNetworkNL Thank you so much for the quick response! We will definitely take your advice. If i can ask, what do you recommend for Vogel Rok and "Joris en de Draak" queues?
And we will definitely say hello too! We will be visiting August 28 and 29
😊
You can use the facility card for those. Just mind that with George and the Dragon you can do only do water with the facility card. If you want to do fire you need to do the que.
It's nice that they have a special room where you can breastfeed or find peace. Our son has a rare syndrome and is tube fed, it is best for him if this can be done without us having to walk through the park. He also needs several moments of rest on such a day, otherwise he is completely overstimulated.
❤️❤️❤️ it is a quiet place never really noticed it before.
Also at this Park the staff do not monitor the queue lines so people push in and no repercussions whatsoever we and many others have witnessed this
You can ask people nicely to join the back. Sometimes it’s unknown to others where the que starts. We’ve never gotten negative feedback when we did. People usually don’t even realize they do this.
@@DutchThemeparkNetworkNL I am sorry we not there to monitor queue lines that's the park responsibility .
Common decency is everybody’s responsibility 🙏
@@DutchThemeparkNetworkNL
Of course people behave with different degrees of responsibility. And that's why you have those with authority to reinforce the rules when not observed.
If you're a guest among other guests, you don't have any authority over them. We're all equal as guests.
The OP is clearly referring to those who knowingly jump the queue lines. I've seen them myself many times at this park and never encountered any guests prepared to confront them. After all, why should they? They're paying guests. They're there to have a good time.
You cannot expect other guests to expose themselves to a potential argument that could ruin their day, especially, if they are with their own kids? Or, worse, if someone else's kids are the ones misbehaving.
It's always the sole responsibility of the park to monitor the queues and deal with bad guests.
Frankly, I somewhat doubt you ever had a go at anyone who had purposely jumped the queue and lectured them with a "Common decency is everybody’s responsibility".
The Facility card can be accessed by anyone even the customer service have said this its based on you giving accurate information
So I've applied for the facilities card for my type 1 diabetic son , but how many people can use the card ? At one time
You can take 2 or 3 people with you depending on the ride but the regular lines can be shorter.
@DutchThemeparkNetworkNL thanks for your reply , great vid. We're going over march 24th , I hope the weather is ok that time 🫣
You will never know that when your planning but Efteling is always fun:

Well this is a misconception if you visit this park when its busy the disabled are left for at least an hour waiting which is problematic for people who have mobility issues , The worst rides are the ones indoors rides other rides no issues
Sorry to hear you had a less enjoyable experience.
