An enduring Classic Song that will always be a part of our memories for those of us that were young when this famous song first came out. There are many Covers of this song out there but none can quite equal Her original sound. Thank you Mr. Editor for all the research it took to gather all this information about Rosie's Life and the song She is famous for.
This song brings back the old "greaser" days for me whenever I hear it, more than any other song. A time of Brylcreem in your hair and your date to the prom on your arm, in your '57 Chevy.
i was blessed to see her sing in Phoenix AZ when I was in college. She wore a beautifully blue colored with flowers full size dress with blond hair up, not down as she would otherwise be seen. In the 70's, low riders used to put names of songs on the back side window like, "Devil or angel, night owl," and so forth, the most popular was Angel Baby which I had on my 1970 Buick Riviera. Her and her song were and still are amazing.
As a kid I wore out three 45-RPM records because I love the son so much that I played it till I wore them out. Thank you ROSIE for the beautiful song to this day at the age of 75 I still love the song!!
It’s just like heaven, being here with you. You’re like an angel, too good to be true. Because I love you … I love you, I do. Angel baby … my Angel baby.

Love Rosie forever❤
After all these years, Angel baby still makes me cry...Rosie sang it so beautifully.
Me too.
Get ahold of your emotions.

Her song "Angel Baby" is one of those songs that brings you back right in the middle of the Doo Wop era.
I remember the first time I heard Angel Baby, my all time favorite oldie. RIP Rosie.

Is this the same Rosie as the one from the duet Rosie and Ron ?
No, "Rosie" of Rosie and Ron was a young lady named Lucy Duran.
I saw them at the paramount
I like her music.
John Lennon did a cover on his 1986 album, “Menlove Ave”. Before singing he gives props to Rosie. He loved this song and loved Rosie.
"Oh Rosie oh Girl"..... Robert Plant and Pagey loved Rosie. So did AC/DC..... Hence "Whole Lotta Rosie."
HELLO, IS ANGEL BABY THE ONLY SONG SHE WROTE .... ROSIE HAMLIN ? OR DID SHE WRITE OTHER SONGS ? PLEASE REPLY, JOHN FROM NORTH CAROLINA .
Yes she did! She wrote' Lonely Blue Nights' for the album of the same name in 1961 with the band Rosie and the Originals. Thanks for watching John! 😁👍
