I jumped to conclusion when I saw the pseudo planche PU position, which is often called the biceps push ups, even though what only happens is that the biceps is only recruited as a stabilizer and not really targeted (but OK, they are still involved). Here, it appears that we are doing supinated planche leans which do load the biceps. My bad. Have a great day.

Planche doesn't work biceps, not even isometrically. Toes-to-bar doesn't work the lats. Stretch is better than the contraction for hypertrophy so don't hold the pullups at the top. Eccentric phase is the most hypertrophic so don't rush it. Gymnast biceps aren't good, world class gymnasts have amateur bodybuilding biceps. Bicep is worked when the hand is fully supernated, so you only have one exercise for the biceps (and it's an awful one)
